This comfortable beachfront condo includes all the extras you would expect. It is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit that sleeps up to 6 guests. The main bedroom features two queen beds, while the living room offers a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances, making it easy to cook and entertain. Enjoy a wonderful beach view from this inviting condo.

From the living area, step out onto the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee or tea while breathing in the salt air and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic. The bedroom is equipped with a TV and features new bedding and pillows for your comfort.

To help you start your vacation with ease, we provide three rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels.

Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March. During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable. The Tower 1 pool deck will also be closed and secured for safety.
