The Space:

Cool mountain air drifts across the property as you step onto the quiet corner of Pigeon Forge, just a short walk from the Parkway’s buzz. After a day of exploring Dolly Parton’s Stampede or the Smoky Mountains, you’ll feel the warmth of the indoor fireplace and the soft glow of lighting inviting you to unwind. Evenings beckon you to the wood‑burning fire pit, where the crackle of flames mingles with the crisp Tennessee night, or to the hot tub for a soothing soak under the stars.



Sleeping arrangements

All bedrooms and bathrooms are on a single level. Two bedrooms each feature a king bed—one shares a bathroom, the other enjoys a full ensuite. A third bedroom offers a queen bed with its own full ensuite bathroom. The bunk room sleeps six with two queen beds side by side, twin bunks above the queens, and a full ensuite bathroom. The living room provides two queen sofa beds, and a crib and pack‑and‑play are supplied for younger guests.



Indoor activities

A private indoor pool is heated year‑round, so you can swim regardless of the season. The movie theater room with reclining seats offers a dedicated space for films, while arcade games, a game console, foosball, shuffleboard, board games, and a NERF Battle Wall keep the whole family entertained. Fast wifi and a dedicated workspace in a common area support work or streaming needs.



Outdoor living

The private backyard includes a wood‑burning fire pit, outdoor furniture, and a hot tub for a warm soak on cooler days. A BBQ grill with utensils invites simple outdoor meals, and the patio or balcony provides additional space to relax outside.
