Located just of Hwy 14 near the banks of the Columbia R & PDX, this cute 2 bedroom, one bath cottage is located in quiet Camas, WA. All kinds of dining & shopping are minutes away. Enjoy the local downtown area for dining, local Lacamas Lake or the Columbia River Gorge for recreation, or it's a short drive into Vancouver or Portland for work or play. Mt Hood & Mt St Helens adventures are only 60-90 min away. OR and WA beaches are only 90-100 min away as well. Whatever your reason for visiting the area, this place will be comfortable as your home base.


The home includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/dining area, laundry room and living room with gas fireplace. There is a sheltered patio with sitting and dining areas as well as a front porch with comfortable chairs to view the flower garden in the front. Each bedroom has it's own Roku TV system as well as there is a Roku TV in the living room. Wifi is provided and HDMI cables are available to connect PCs to TVs. There is ample off road parking for 2 or more vehicles as well as an RV pad in the back of the property should it be needed.

Perfect place for us

The area was quiet and close to town, the place is as described and Fred, the host was very accommodating. The cottage had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Fred.

A fabulous stay in this very cosy and comfortable cottage!

My spouse and I stayed at Fred's place for one month. We loved our time here! The cottage is very comfortable and clean with a fully outfitted kitchen, delightful outdoor seating areas, and comfy beds. The house has central heating and cooling as well as a gas fireplace for chilly nights. An especially nice feature is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. The cottage is well-stocked with lots of towels, sheets, blankets, and paper products. The house is also very cute and tasteful with everything needed for a relaxing short or long stay. We loved the close proximity to several running/hiking trails, as well as historic downtown Camas. Fred was extremely friendly and responsive - a truly great host who has thought of every detail! We hope to return.

Camas is a nice small town outside suburban Vancouver Wa/ Portland OR with a distinct warm downtown area close to loads of recreational choices from kayaking, kite surfing, windpoarding, paddle boarding, rafting, fishing, boating, hiking, road and off road biking, site seeing, mountain climbing, skiing, snowboarding and snow mobiling, anything and everything outdoors. It is 90 minutes to OR and WA coastal towns, and destination mountains of St Helens, Adams, and Hood.
