Enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball and afterwards, unwind by the pool. Ft Myers is coming back strong with restaurants, music and fun activities, including Margaritaville, Nervous Nellies, Flippers, Junkanoo, Lovers Key State Park and Bowditch Point Park, to mention just a few. So much to do, but if you're looking to just relax, this condo has what you need, full kitchen with cooking essentials, free cable and wifi for your internet needs, plus a king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa to rest and recharge for your next day. Stroll miles of the white sand beach, collect tons of shells, soak in the sun and take in the breathtaking sunsets!

Many exciting updates over the past few months include the completed renourishment beach project making the beach even more spectacular and larger than it was before. You cannot tell that two hurricanes hit this area based on the buildings, pool and grounds. We sure missed some of the local restaurants that were destroyed but it appears that more are coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo itself is small and really only has room for 2 people, but it was perfect for us! There is a view of the beach from the balcony and the pool is very close which was wonderful! It also is a heated salt water pool which was great :) Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler, games, and pool noodles were all provided! There is a plaza with shops, a couple restaurants, and a coffee shop within walking distance. There is also a 7-11 and CVS within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay in this place tremendously. The hosts Fred and Cathy were always available for questions, if I had any. The location was awesome right over the bridge from Lovers Key State Park, close to good restaurants, shopping open, etc. It had everything that I needed. I love that it was right on the beach. I could walk out my door, down the elevator and literally be on the beach in seconds. Perfect for a single person or a couple.
Sunsets were beautiful. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the sunsets.

Little Oasis

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I. This location was beautiful, peaceful and growing. We enjoyed the farmers market across the street twice, the pristine pool area, the beautiful beach & friendly welcoming neighbors. It was a relaxing week and we can’t wait to go back!

The property was great. The pool and access to the beach was amazing. We had a great time. There is a bit of construction around Fort Myers Beach. Some was from the hurricane and others looked like the area is just booming. Overall, what an amazing area for activates, beach access and great placed to eat.

Beautiful respite

Woke early every day to go down to the amazing, shell laden, beach. Coffee on the balcony every morning. Shopping and great places to eat locally. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Charming property on the beach

1 bedroom studio with everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. 10th floor unit with good view of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Updated bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable unit with pool, tennis, pickleball, 1st floor laundry, free parking and shopping across the street.

Loved Estero Beach and Tennis Club! Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Loved the views of the ocean as well as Santini - the lights at night were beautiful. The pool was heated at 89 degrees which was wonderful. We enjoyed the friendliness of all the other tenants too. Perfect location as you can walk to many restaurants and stores.

Great rental and amenities.

Very clean and updated room. Complex was clean and well maintained one elevator is a minor inconvenience as long as it doesn’t break? There is still a lot of construction around the building and island but this is to be be expected .Complex is to be commended for coming back so quickly compared to surrounding buildings.

Perfect place to vacation

Fred and Cathy thank you for sharing your cute perfect co do with us . It was the perfect spot for us to celebrate our 40th anniversary and watching the fireworks from the balcony made it that much more perfect. Your place was clean, equipped with everything we needed if we chose to cook, plenty of towels beach chairs umbrella everything we need. Lived just walking out and the pool was right there and a short walk to the beach We drove towards Bonita springs and found some nice restaurants Leoni’s was my favorite. We will be back

Clean and comfortable!

Jack was such a pleasure to deal with. This is by far the most pleasurable experience I have had on vacation rental. The condo is perfect for a couple. A piece of Paradise!!!

Just a lovely place to stay, The beach view was just heaven, we sat on the balcony a lot, listening to the waves.. We were so relaxed and slept like a baby the entire week.. The bottle of wine and snack was very Nice touch.. There were restraunts, shops within walking distance.. We walked the beach everyday and picked up many unique shells to bring home.. We do plan on a return visit in the near future ..Thank you Jack and Connie for going out of you way to make our Vacation memorable..

Humbling experience

Despite the restoration that is ongoing following Hurricane Ian overall my stay was enjoyable. I was the first person to stay in 1008A under the new owners who were in contact and responsive to any questions/needs that I had. I expect that many more renovations will continue at EBTC. I hope to return to experience the true beauty that I heard about from long time vacationers.

Our Happy Place!

My husband and I were married on the beach directly in front of this property two years ago so this is our Happy Place. We especially love the location because of the proximity of Santini Plaza (with shops, restaurants/bars) across the street, CVS just a short walk away, and driving exit from the south end of the island. It is much quieter than the north end. This unit has a great view of the water and the owners are always very responsive to questions. The bottle of wine they leave for you is a nice touch too! Thank you for another great vacation week.

Great place to enjoy a vacation

Wish I could have spent more time on the property itself. Was in town for a baseball tournament-- so spent most of the time at various fields and restaurants near the fields. The Unit was perfect. Had a decent view of the beach/gulf.....very quiet building to get plenty of rest when needed---- right near restaurants (right across the street) and a marina (if you have or rent a boat).... one of the restaurants has delivery as well. There is a pool on site (didnt have time to use)...... this was a great place to stay and would definitely make this my first phone call to come back when I am here again.

Great BeachCondo

Our first time to FMB and we loved the beach condo. It is just perfect for two people. Everything we needed was there. Beach chairs, beach bag and beach towels. We never went to the pool but that looked great as well. We chose this location because there was pickleball. Everyone was super friendly to play with. FMB still has a lot of work to do after the hurricane but this location is great. We never went north on the island to eat due to traffic but we did go south and that worked well for us. Fred was VERY responsive to all of my questions. Their condo is very nice and comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.
