Dear James, Thank you for your review and for choosing our property for your stay. We appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness and maintenance of the space. Regarding the access codes, we understand that after a long drive, it can be challenging to time your arrival perfectly. However, the reason the codes are set to activate and deactivate at specific times is to ensure our cleaning team has the necessary time to prepare the property to our high standards. This system helps us provide a consistently clean and comfortable experience for all guests, and we hope you can appreciate that consideration. We strive to accommodate all our guests' needs, and we're glad we could host you and your service dog. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a more relaxed stay. Warm regards, Tabitha

Thanks for staying with us, John, and for the 4-star review! We hope you had a great time in Boulder Junction and enjoyed your stay with us. We’re always striving for that 5-star experience, so if there’s anything we could have done to make your stay even better, we’d love to hear it. We hope to see you back in the Northwoods again!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a rating. We’re sorry to see that your stay did not reflect a 5-star experience, though no written feedback was provided for us to better understand your concerns. As a small, family-owned lodge, we work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest. We appreciate the opportunity to have hosted you and wish you safe travels.
