This historic, eight story building features an award winning restaurant, a historical theater and the community feeling that Missoula is best known for. Built in 1921 along the bank of the Clark Fork River, The Wilma is one of the tallest buildings in town, so the view from the unit is fantastic!

This spacious 1 bed, 1.5 bath condo provides a true home away from home! The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and private master bath with a lovely walk-in slate shower and beautiful spa lighting. The raised living room is a great place to soak up the urban and country views.. Let others sit around the large island as you cook in the kitchen or just enjoy the views from the six over-sized windows that wrap around this beautiful unit. Whether you're in Missoula for business, summer or winter vacations, the Missoula Marathon, photography classes, fly fishing, kayaking, river-rafting, University of Montana Grizzly football games, film festivals, family reunions or weddings, this is the place for you!

Also in walking distance to the University of Montana, Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Saint Patrick's Hospital, The International Heart Institute, and Adams Center Event and Entertainment Arena. You can explore the entire city using Missoula's amazing foot and bike trail system, which connects directly to the Wilma building....right out your door!

When you're tired from your day of Missoula fun, make a reservation at Scotty's Table. This award-winning restaurant is located downstairs and would be the perfect beginning to a dinner-and-a-movie date! Just go back up the elevator and check out a show at the Wilma. Perfect! Personal I love their weekend brunch!

The apartment exceeded all expectations! The decor is fantastic, views are magical, and the building is truly a gem. The location can’t be beaten in Missoula - close to everything yet 6 floors up from the fray when an escape is desired. Communication with Athena was reliably quick and easy. We’ll be back!

Great Missoula Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better place or location than the Wilma. My son and I came into town to see Pearl Jam play Grizzly Stadium and also explore Missoula. The property was perfect for our stay and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, record stores, etc. Communication from the host was excellent and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing spot!!

I loved Athena’s place—it was an amazing home away from home for me for the month I was in Missoula, and it would definitely be a great spot for anyone who wanted to be centrally located to, well, basically anything!! The apartment is in the heart of downtown Missoula, so anything you need is right there. Athena herself is also lovely and a great host!!

Our stay at the Wilma 383487 was super. Lots of space for our friends to visit, sit. Fun for me because none of them knew of the rooms to rent at the Wilma! We love to be downtown and to walk to dinner, dancing, breakfast. Will stay again another time.

BEST LOCATION IN MISSOULA!

This was my first time coming through Missoula and I have to say, I think we SCORED with this place! Not only was it an amazing location, the condo itself was awesome! Everything about the Wilma is unique! What other vacation rental is above a music theater? If you're hungry you don't have to leave the building! Scotty's Table, one of the finest restaurants in town, is located on the park level of the Wilma building.
