2 BR, 1.5 Ba condo near the causeway entrance to St Simons Island. Unit comes fully equipped with all the furnishings and kitchen appliances, as well as an outdoor shower. Includes use of community pool. This condo is minutes from any attraction, fine dinning,and all shopping. We strive to provide the best experience for our guests and truly look forward to hosting you!

We provide Nationally known Starter Amenity Sets , a full roll of 2 ply tissue for each bathroom, Dove soap , Palmolive dish detergent, dish pods and laundry pods. The unit also comes with Linen and Terry as well as Kitchen Linens

This condo is minutes from any attraction, fine dinning,and all shopping.

Per HOA Guidelines, we can no longer offer a gas grill.

We will provide specific check in instructions prior to your arrival and will be available via text message before and during the duration of your stay. Again Thank you for considering us to be your Host!

Weekend family vacation

Overall a great stay! Perfect for a family and very clean! Check in and out process was a little unclear, however the owner was quick to reply, so we were able to find those out.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. No problems at all great communication from the host and flexibility! I was very pleased with the stay. my kids enjoyed the little pond in the back.

Close to Marina

We really like to stay here in this complex when we go fishing because it is close to the marina. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the porch where we could feed the turtles.

Great place for a family - clean and comfy!

This is a great condo, especially for a family. It is clean, spacious and has lots of fun touches. You really can feed the turtles and fish from the back deck! Outdoor shower and hoses are great for washing off sandy kids and beach gear. Rooms are large and comfy. It’s marsh side and right off Demere Road, so obviously it’s not beach front, But it’s an easy drive to anywhere on the island and a great economical option!

Property has a lot of deferred maintenance and is right next to a very loud road. Hard to sleep.

If you're considering here or a hotel, definitely book here. Easy check in and check out process. No contact with the host was necessary. Centralized to a lot of things! The only downfall was that it could use some updating and simple maintenance. Could use new beds & pillows. Again, that's just being picky though. Overall, would stay again.
