Welcome to 865 Wimbledon! This stunning, open concept, contemporary unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 Comfortably!

Come make some memories! Newly renovated from top to bottom! 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo with a new enclosed sunroom off the living room. This wonderful condo is open and bright and offers a beautiful modern kitchen with all new counter tops, and new stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of room for all 6 guests at the high-top dining table.

The master has a queen-sized bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower, double vanities, large master closet and large mounted flat panel television. The second bedroom features a bunk set with a Queen on the top and a Queen on the bottom. There is also a mounted ROKU TV. The second bathroom is right off the bedroom.

The enclosed sunporch has a comfy reclining chair…a perfect reading nook and a high top table with 2 additional chairs.

NOTE: Courtside Villas in Sea Palms West does not have any pool access.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Island paradise

We were very satisfied with the property. The beds were comfortable however the smell from the coverlet was unbearable. Maybe from the detergent used. Location was perfect.

Great place for small family!

This condo is great! My wife and I and our 2 daughters (3 & 5) couldn't have been happier. It was in a great, quiet location, and we felt at home for our 3 night stay. Everything was super clean, and we enjoyed the layout. This will be our go-to place to rent from here on out!

LOVED IT

A fantastic modern contemporary gem in a very traditional area. Only note is that the skylights/ceilings are in rough shape, and we found one dead palmetto bug near the edge of the property facing the pool. Aside from that, everything else was great, clean and relaxing and I'd stay here again in an instant.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Newly decorated property in Sea Palms West. Bare minimum decor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like the property could use some upgrades. For example, the master bed felt like a full sized futon, not a queen sized bed as advertised. No drawers in the master bath. The property could also use a garbage disposal. The secondary bedroom could use nightstands.

The condo was completely renovated in early 2021 with all new flooring, kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, bathrooms were both renovated with ceramic tile, quartz topped vanities, new toilets, the entire condo was freshly painted, shiplap accent walls were installed, etc. - everything has been upgraded and is accurately depicted in the photos in the advertisement. Being an experienced investment property owner has taught us to immediately remove all garbage disposals - many service calls occur due to lots of individuals trying to make anything go down a garbage disposal - can be quite a nightmare for a landlord. We are surprised to hear your comment about the queen master bedroom mattress - we have had many compliments on that mattress, to include requesting information on where to purchase the same mattress, a 14" mattress is not usually found on a futon. We are happy to hear that you did say you enjoyed your stay!

Decent, but disappointed

Unit looked just as nice as the pictures showed. Space was adequate, finishings were better than expected. Yet, there were 3 main problems that took away from the stay, and 1 of them was a show stopper: bath cloths, beds, and cockroaches. We killed or found at least 2 cockroaches daily. It forced us to live out of tight zipped luggage with a perimeter of big spray applied on and around them. We eventually went through all of the luggage to ensure we weren't taking any bugs home with us, then repacked and placed it inside of the truck. We felt more comfortable making daily trips to the truck to retrieve what we needed for the day. We're a military family so we know the how to adapt and overcome any situation, but the bugs really put a damper on the experience. Other issues included: stained towels and hand cloths that looked like they've seen their best days hundreds of bodies ago; a lowered bed in the master that literally made is feel like we were camping out on the floor; decorative bed pillows that looked dated and unclean; and leaking air vents that left puddles on the floor when it rained.

Thank you for letting us know about the blender. We have ordered a replacement. Also we apologize about no soap being in the bathrooms. There should had definitely been hand soap and some soap for the showers. We have spoken with housekeeping about the oversight.

Easy parking, near supermarket and immaculate condo. Only pet peeve was no shampoo/conditioner, only soap. Easy key pick up/drop off at office (in town) which was a 15 minute drive to condo. I would stay there again and reasonably priced.
