良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Host interaction was fine but there were some things. There are No towel bars of any kind no hook on the bathroom door nothing. There was no coffee for the Kuerig and no tea. Would have been thoughtful to have a starter pack of these morning essentials as not expected to need k-pods. The icemaker was broken which we were told but we never found any ice cube trays which were supposed to be there. There is no lighting of any kind in the living room so impossible to read on the couch or anywhere in the living room. That said decor is basic or less than. We also found that the apartment being above a pizza place smelled strongly of pizza even in the bedrooms. Wish we had known that this condo was above a retail pizza place as we would not have booked it. Handy being in the village and the private hot tub was nice.

We are so excited to host you in Big White and share our home away from home with you. This is a newer property to us, as we have owned it for almost a year now but we have 7 years experience hosting previously in our downtown Kelowna condo.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect location in Big White and this townhome checked all those boxes. You absolutely cannot beat the location and proximity to the Village and we know that this will only add to your experience while staying here. The convenience is sub par as there is very little parking nearby, so whether you want to run and grab a coffee, restock a couple things for the fridge or are enjoying reservations at one of the many amazing restaurants - you want to be just steps away!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We absolutely love the added features our unit offers such as heated tile floors in the entry and bathroom, the fire place, a heated secured garage stall, a hot tub to warm up after a long day doing runs, and of course, the proximity to the village. This condo is exceptional for a small family or couple!
