New French Country Cottage - Horses Welcome!

This lovely cottage was custom built in 2020 with a French Country décor. It sits just seconds off the I-80 and is nestled in a small valley providing quiet privacy. Come enjoy the serenity of 20-acres of rolling hills where six horses run and play just 50 feet behind your private patio.

We welcome those looking to enjoy a quiet setting (no parties or loud music, please).

Guests have access to the entire cottage; a completely separate and private residence from the main house. The cottage boasts 1100 square feet of tranquility with two living areas and two separate sleeping areas, each with a private entrance. French doors provide the opportunity to have breakfast while watching the wildlife roam. With over a dozen oil paintings from all over the world, this little country cottage is an art lovers dream. Very private, quiet, and well appointed.
