Hi......my name is Joyann and it is such a pleasure to meet you all. Here's a little something about me. I was born in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Raised in Philadelphia, PA for 15 years, completed high school in the Cayman Islands. After high school i decided to pursue my BA in accounting at Hodges University in Fort Myers, FL. I enjoy spending my time with my five year old daughter. I am a professional licensed nail technician that would never change what i love to do, customer service is VERY important in this line of professionalism and I treat others how I would want to be treated and especially educate my clients on what is very important when it comes to self-care. I chose being a host because I want to make every experience at our villa a memory, an experience of love and devotion to you all as a big support for choosing us.

This neighborhood was chosen for my 6 year old and I whom visits quite often. But I wanted a safe, quite, friendly, warm welcoming, low traffic neighborhood. We have a very home body personality and want to ensure that we have everything we needed at home. The moment I visited the area I knew it was the right atmosphere. And so I would like the same for you and your family as well.

What makes this property unique is the interior/exterior viewing. A newly built 2023 duplex with so much space and more! The feeling like being right at home. Being treated as though you are visiting your family who would want you to have a phenomenal stay. I wouldn't want you to have any second thoughts about your experience but a memorable one!
