美しいコンドミニアム - 2 ベッドルーム / 2 バスルーム Utsukushī kondominiamu - 2 beddorūmu/ 2 basurūmu

As our two boys have gotten older, we wanted a place where we could all meet, relax and play together. (Parker teaches on Oahu and Spencer lives and works in the Seattle, WA area). It took us nearly 2 years to find the ideal property - Royal Mauian. This gorgeous beach-side condominium is well-maintained and walking distance to everything. There is so much to do for all generations. We can walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. There are several beaches within walking distance depending on what we want to do - swim, paddle-board, surf,snorkel or just lay in the sun. We were lucky enough to be able to do a complete remodel when we purchased the home including all new walls, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. making it feel like a brand new home. There are no party-walls and windows on 3 sides making it feel like a single-family home. Since we are not in a position to be there full-time, it made sense to share it through vacation rental and we are so glad that we did. We have made many friends and have many repeat Guests that now feel like family.

While Seattle is beautiful and green in the summer - it can get pretty gray and dreary from the fall through the spring. We love to come to Maui for a 'sunshine break'. It really improves everyone's mood. The water is great for swimming and other water sports. Royal Mauian is perfect for us - the sandy beaches are right there and the lava outcropping is great for snorkeling and scuba diving - a hobby we all share. Recently we started naming the turtles that live off the shore. We also love to watch the mama whales and their babies during whale season, but we have not started naming them yet...
