Book with confidence, this remodeled top floor unit at The Royal Mauian with stunning ocean views. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. It has been beautifully updated and has great beach access, as it is right beside Kamaole Beach 1 and Kamaole Beach 2. Enjoy access to the Royal Mauian's unique roof top terrace where you can BBQ and enjoy your meal with the ocean on one side and Haleakala on the other side.

This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The condo sides onto Kamaole Beach 1 with Kamaole Beach 2 just steps away, some of Maui's nicest beaches, which is ideal to enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing in it's soft sand. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great Views (with turtles!)

The place was amazing! Every morning you could see turtles in the water, and every night the beautiful sunsets. The place was great, bed was comfortable, beach was a few minutes walk away, and a lot of things nearby.

Wonderful Location!

We had a great time staying at this condo. The views and the location are amazing! The property was very clean and well stocked for our stay with everything you would need to enjoy the beach right outside. The management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Ocean front!

This property is newly updated, gorgeous. I love the designers style with beach vibe, fresh teal colors. It was so nice for the kids to go to the beach which is close by. Auntie snorkle rents gear, gives recommendations, & books attractions right across the street.

Best Stay yet

We have rented multiple units over the years in Kihei and this one is the best by far. The view, the turtles, the great updated condo itself, and access to beaches and food was perfect. Felt like a far more modernized condo than others and quite spacious for 4. Hard to beat this unit and we will book it again for sure.

Perfect location!

Beautiful condo and perfect location! Loved falling asleep to the ocean waves and feeling the breeze being on the top floor of the building. Loved the shopping and restaurants across the street. Loved the rooftop set up and the pool. We will be back!

Best Views in Kihei

We absolutely loved this condo! We have stayed at 5 different condos in Kihei over the past 10 years and this condo has the best views. Also love that you are on the ocean side of Kihei road so you never hear any traffic, just the sounds of ocean waves crashing - magical!

Ideal location and spectacular view

This place was ideal for our family of 4 who desired a quiet beach vacation. Beach and pool were a short walk from the unit and we loved that chairs, umbrellas, and toys were provided. The view was spectacular and whale and turtle watching from the lanai was an extra bonus for happy hour. We enjoyed meeting other guests at the rooftop grills/patio too. We hope to be back someday!

Perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at the rental. It is located closed to the Kamaole beach with a snorkeling spot right in front of the condo. Even if you do not go in the water, you can see the turtles from the terrace. A lot of food options around, and great cinnamon roll place. Easy access to all the activities that Maui had to offer. The rental agency was great to deal with and very responsive when we had any question. I highly recommend the condo!

Wonderful unit, very responsive host

We have been staying at the Royal Mauian for over 30 years and this was one of the nicer units on the property. Updated and comfortable. Matthew, our host, was very responsive to all emails and calls both before and during our stay. Thank you. We will be back!

Highly responsive and communicative, with clear check-in and out instructions. The condo itself is the perfect stay for a visit to Maui - and to enjoy the BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS from the lanai! The location in Kihei is so walkable, and you are an easy drive to everything else. The furnishings are very thoughtful and modern and the overall unit is very spacious. I requested the two twin beds be converted to a king, and they took care of that all beforehand. Highly recommend!

Great location, very convenient beach access

We really loved staying here! The location in Kihei was exceptional, the view from the balcony was great and we could easily walk to Kam 1 and Kam 2 beaches daily to snorkel. It was also a quick walk across the street for snorkel rental supplies, food and a few shops. Updated and clean unit, and the only thing I'd recommend for future beach going guests is more hooks for hanging suits or towels! We felt guilty for how much sand we dragged in despite our best efforts. We really appreciated this complex and checking in was easy and we encountered zero issues. We'll be back!

Awesome unit!!!

Royal Mauian is close to everything…you’ve got amazing beaches to the left and right of you within walking distance. The unit had all the beach amenities you need and a well-equipped kitchen too. The only drawback was the lack of central A/C. The unit has two air conditioning units in the bedrooms, but when those doors are closed it got very warm in the living area. The unit had fans which helped, but only when the bedroom doors were open. It never got quite as cool as we would have liked. Nonetheless we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Maui Family Trip

Second trip to Maui and loved staying at this property. Communication was great and checkin was super easy. Pictures are 100% accurate. View from patio is fantastic. Each bathroom is very large with great walk in Showers. Location is perfect and very close to lots of restaurants/activities in Kehie and or Wailea. Just a note that during the summer months it gets very windy in Kehei in the afternoon, normally around 11:00am or so and then does back down around 7:30. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of if you are planning beach activities. Would 100% recommend this property. It was my wife and I plus our 16 year old daughter. You could certainly have more people, as this condo provided extra room for the the three of us.

Fantastic Location, Beautiful Condo, and Amazing Views

Me, my parents, and sister all stayed here for a week and we can't say anything other than this condo was amazing. Super clean, well furnished and modern, and stunning views. This is our second time staying in this complex but the first time in this particular unit. We will definitely be back to this unit! We absolutely loved everything about it. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and the location is great. Close to tons of shops and restaurants and the beaches are never really packed like you find up in the resort area. If you don't want the resort lifestyle this is the place for you.Aside from the location and how beautiful the condo is, our favorite part is the access to snorkeling. The reef right in front of the condo is amazing tons of fish and turtles were everywhere. Just get out there early before the tradewinds set int. Oh and right across the street is snorkeling gear rental, so save the space in your luggage and just rent. Also if you have a car head to Honolua Bay on a great day the water is so clear and the fish are everywhere.Fantastic place for our family and we will be back!

Nice View

This was a very comfortable unit with some nice upgrades. Only a couple of nit picky items like one of the kitchen drawers wouldn't stay closed and was mostly left fully open, the hot water frequently stopped working, and only 1 of 3 screen doors actually worked. But the nice accommodations included the ultra-quiet microwave and dishwasher and laundry machines. Also, air conditioners in both bedrooms! The window shades were electric and always worked but it took a couple of tries before figuring out how to use it for an individual window. Overall, this place was really nice and I would definitely recommend it.

Unbeatable Maui spot!

This condo exceeded all our expectations. The photos don't do it justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the unit is very well equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Communication and checkin was super simple and easy. The view off the lanai was stunning - we saw loads of whales, turtles, and spectacular sunsets. The rooftop access was also very nice to get 360 views of the ocean and Haleakala. Blackout shades and AC were awesome, though we just opened the windows and let the crossbreeze cool us down. Falling asleep to the sounds of waves below was wonderful each night. We also really appreciated access to boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and even coolers! Turn either direction, and you'll hit an amazing beach. Directly across the street are wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and shave ice options. Awesome stay!!
