Wide stacking doors to let the inside become the outside on those hot days. Light and bright perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing on the hanging chairs by the pool. Centrally located near Bishopscourt Village and Newlands. walking distance to Cavendish Square Shopping Mall, Restaurants, Coffee shops and the Vinyard Hotel gardens.

Secure parking for 2 cars behind automatic gates, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned lounge, dining area, washer, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and UPS.

Outdoors - BBQ, relaxing hanging chairs and outdoor pool area to enjoy. The outdoor area is completely fenced.

Take a short walk down the street to popular restaurants & bars or shopping center.

The space:

Light and bright - 2 bedroom house with everything you need.

- The house is fitted with a UPS backup power for the WiFi and TV. When power cuts, backup system will kick in automatically.

- Fully equipped kitchen, thermo-fan whirlpool oven and hob, bbq utensils, baking equipment, Breville Barista coffee machine with complementary tea/coffee, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils, washing machine, ironing.

- Lounge offers five recliner couches, entertainment surround sound system (Bluetooth audio available), small table with board games.

- Lounge has air conditioning, unit also offers heat.

- The lounge offers a wood burning fireplace. Perfect for winter nights. A gas heater is also available and attachments for cooking or heating if needed.

- Bedroom 1, Double bed, small electric heater, ceiling fan.

- Bedroom 2, Single bed or extra pull out mattress. small electric heater and ceiling fan.

Other things to note
Small play schools are a walk away and accept short term bookings for little ones. There is a cottage with separate entrance on the property that is used by the owner.
