THE LAYOUT:
Enter through a large, screened porch with plenty of outdoor seating, a hammock and TV. Upon entering you are greeted with a full-size kitchen, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a dining area with seating for 6 that opens into a cozy living area. The master bedroom features a king bed, shiplap feature wall, smart TV, and private attached bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower. The guest bedroom has been updated with a king bed and shares a bathroom with two twin beds in the guest room down the hall.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8):

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 or older to book this property
- Signed rental agreement required upon booking
- Signed golf cart agreement
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. All loud noises will be reported.
- NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
- Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages and additional charges.
- NO illegal drugs or firearms on the property.
- The front door is equipped with a ring doorbell camera inside the screened in porch
- An AirTag is attached to the golf cart for protecting the golf cart from loss or theft
