COZY 3-BEDROOM HOME IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE WEST OF SPRINGFIELD. Perfect for families or traveling couples. This is a comfortable, peaceful place to stay with a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi amenities, a washer and dryer and brand new comfortable beds that will give a good night's sleep for all.

Rutledge-Wilson Farm/Wilson Creek—2 mins.
Bass Pro Shops & Wonders of Wildlife—11 mins.
SGF Airport—10 mins.
Republic, MO—10 mins.
Cox North Hospital —15 min.
Mercy Hospital —13 min

MORE INFORMATION:
This lovely home is in a safe and quiet suburban neighborhood near the country (yet close to everything), with three bedrooms with locking doors, a centrally located bathroom with a shower and tub (with a door to the master bedroom and a door to the hallway), a fully-equipped kitchen with pots and pans and a drip coffee machine, a living room with a couch and TV, wifi amenities, washer and dryer, brand new comfortable beds and a backyard to play in. Rutledge-Wilson Farm is a short walk away, where there are animals, garden demonstrations, and rides and swings. Nathanel-Greene Park with Botanical Garden and Butterfly Palace is 7 minutes away. There is a shopping center five minutes away. Rutledge-Wilson Farm and hiking trails near the creek are close by as well. Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife is eleven minutes away.

PARKING:
Guests will have a personalized code to access the home via a keypad on the front door for easy check-in. The exact address should be found in your itinerary email along with your code. You may park in the driveway only. The garage is off-limits. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The perfect place for our family to see friends and still have our own space. The fenced in back yard was a plus for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors on both sides were very friendly when our kids ball accidentally went over the fence. We had everything we needed and more at the house, and the beds were comfortable! Plus, the location was close enough to things for us to go grab food or have it delivered, but not so close that we were right in the middle of the city noise. The farm and park was only about 2 minutes away and great for the kids to burn off some energy. I would definitely recommend this host, they were very helpful and quick to respond. We loved it there. And we will definitely be coming back to stay again! Thank you!

Perfect

This house was a great place to stay! It was located in a very good, safe location as well as a very good newer country like community. Although you feel more remote, you are still very close to a bunch of stuff. It’s perfect for someone not wanting to be in the middle of town but also doesn’t necessarily want to drive a long ways to grab food or go shopping either. Decorated very well. Very clean. Very organized. The property owner was also very thorough and prompt with communication. Would recommend 10/10!

Amazing

Was a great house, nicely decorated and comfortable. I felt very at home, backyard was fenced in, so kids could go outside. Close to hreat walking paths, and layout very nicely thought-out. Edna was very responsive to questions and loved the stay, would definitely stay thete again.

Wonderful experience

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The host was very responsive and ensured we had all information we needed for the home and even surrounding areas. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was even stocked with small items a person may forget such as seasonings, condiments and soaps. The house was very clean in all areas. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will choose this location again if ever needed in the future.

Beautiful Cozy Home

The house was very nice. Communication with the property manager was the best I’ve experienced. There were extra amenities also like bottled water, granola bars, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were in town visiting my brothers and their families including my sweet, new baby niece Audrey. Your home was very clean and comfortable. We slept like babies ourselves. Quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. We will be back!

It felt like home!

It felt like home! The beds were quite comfortable, plenty of towels, plenty of pots/pans/kitchen items, tv with Prime available. We would stay here again if we are ever in the Springfield area again.

Quiet Retreat

Ours was a short stay, but we appreciated the quiet neighborhood. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was fully equipped, we only had to supply our food. A real Gem!
