You’ll have full private access to the apartment and the large storage closet on the main level is available for all of your gear. The apartment is connected to our garage and has its own entrance.

You have one dedicated (and covered) parking spot next to our garage.
We have children in our home next door and a dog. You will share our driveway and it is imperative that you are extremely cautious when pulling in or backing out, as children or the dog may be present.
