This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at!Beautiful grounds, fabulous condo, very well appointed.The location was close to the club house and near the terrific oceanfront pathway. The owner was great and easy to communicate with.The condo was well arranged with bedrooms at either end and 2 great bathrooms.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The host Richard is very responsive and communicative during the online booking and checkout process. We love Halii Kai and this unit is very close to the pool and easy to access. The unit is well stocked and the garage has great chairs and boogie boards to use at the local beaches. While toward the end of our trip we got a little weather, Kona is always a great place to visit.

The location was perfect to explore the island. Just north of Kona and only about 1.5hr drive to the other side of the island. We were able to see nearly everything in only 4 days (Puako Tide Pools, Pololu Valley Hike, snorkeling at beach 69, zip lining in Hilo, Akako Falls Hike, Volcano National Park (we stayed 1 night down there to break up the 2hr drive), Island Breeze Luau in Kona (recommend) and Kaumana Cave Lava Tubes. Our Manta Ray snorkeling trip got canceled due to weather or I’m sure that would have been the highlight of the trip. We rented a jeep to get around the island and highly recommend everything that we did. The host, Richard, was so responsive and helpful. He even provided an itinerary with must dos. Note that there is a local market for groceries and tons of shops and restaurants right around the corner of the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my wife to compete in the Ironman World Championship. It was nice to have a beautiful and stress free stay with great communication, seamless checkin, a wonderful bed, and more beach and pool toys for the kids than anyone could have brought. We left Waikaloa at 4:30 and had no trouble getting straight down to the race, nor trouble getting back that evening.

Awesome location, fabulous unit!

We have been coming to Hali’i Kai for years and this year we were lucky to stay in this wonderful unit. Great floor plan, easy walk to pool with pool bar and fitness center, also a very clean and nicely furnished unit. We plan to book here again!

Perfect location!

Always a very memorable stay. Beds are comfortable. We enjoy the lawn and view in front of us. Pool is easy to access and the drinks and food at the pool are a wonderful bonus.

Wonderful Stay at this Condo

The place is very nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. We even were able to use the beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The location was great for a wedding we attended at the Fairmont Orchid and the area felt very safe and luxurious.

Great time!!

Loved this location and amenities! The condo was conveniently located near the restaurant and pool, and had a nice peekaboo view of the ocean. The sunsets were amazing and the food at the restaurant was great too! So many nice things at this property, would definitely come back!

Perfect next to the pool

We enjoyed our stay and it was just as pictured. It’s on the bottom floor which was great for walking over and taking a dip in the great pool. We would return again!

Living in style

Terrific 3 BR, 2 BA first floor unit a block from the ocean and pool/restaurant. Great ambiance and view. My best rental in over 25 trips to Hawaii.

We like everywhere we have been in the state of Hawaii so far, but our favourite place is the Kohala Coast on the Big Island because it's not too busy and there is a lot to see and do.

Once we settled on Hawaii for our second home, we visited all the islands and found the Big Island most attractive for our tastes. We vacationed at many resorts in the Kona and Kohala areas. All were fun, but when we decided to buy a home, the Kohala Coast was the clear choice, and Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach with its incredible ocean-front Ocean Club was our hands-down favorite!

この宿泊施設の特徴

A typical days starts off having a cup of Kona coffee on the Lanai and then a walk in the sunshine along the coastal fishermen's trail to the Hilton and Kings shops. Next it's down to the pool for a dip and some reading. Lunch is at the condo and then off to sight see, golf or hit a beach. Happy hour is back at the pool to enjoy the sunset and then home to grill on our Lanai or go out for a nice dinner.
