No Parties or Events

Check-in time is 3pm

No Extra/ Overnight Guests or Visitors

No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with us ahead of time)

No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)

No Access to the Leasing Office or On-Site Property Management (We as the hosts are responsible for all of your needs during your stay)

No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc

No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

Pets Allowed (with notice to owner)- an additional $100 per pet will be added to your cleaning fee.

No one under 18 years of age WITHOUT HOST PERMISSION

No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors

No loud noise or music past 10 pm

11 am is LATEST Check out There will be a $100 lock out fee.

Do not use White towels for makeup, you will be charged

We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip.

Early Check ins/ Access to the unit for any reason at all from 1:00pm – 2:59pm are based on availability only, must be agreed to in advanced, and cost $25/hr.

Check ins prior to 1:00pm are not allowed under any circumstance.

Standard Check-in time is at 3:00pm

After booking, your phone number will be provided to our property manager will verify and assist you with remote/self check in.

You will be asked to provide proof of a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to not provide you the access code for your self check-in.

-Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

- NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host.

- DONT USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!! There are paper towels in the kitchen/ Make-up Remover in bathrooms

**PLEASE NOTE: Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 min after 11 am. ***

- AT LEAST 1 PERSON in your group must speak English, or at least translate the `House Manual` into your spoken language, and confirm that you understand it. *NOTE* Only ONE KEY/ FOB/ Garage Opener is Provided for your stay. Please plan accordingly before booking.

*NOTE* We are not liable for anything that happens to you, your guests, or your property during your stay, including your vehicle.

*NOTE* At least ONE person in your group must either have a US number, an iPhone, or WhatApp, so that we can communicate with you during your stay/ coordinate check in:)

“Note* No hanging out in the front areas of the house. No loitering or extra guests. If you need to smoke, only across the street is the designated smoking area”**

Lounging or loitering on the front steps, front area, planters, public hallways, corridors, public parking area, or anywhere other than inside the unit is prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed away from the property. Anywhere else is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine.

All disposable smoking items must be placed in the provided receptacle, or there will be a fine for littering.

Any yelling, loud conversations, music, or gatherings in common areas is prohibited.

$500 smoking fine $500 loitering fine $500 fee for breaking any house rules.

Free Parking is available for the unit.

Security Measures: Please note that there are CCTV cameras installed outside the property for security purposes.
Two Ring cameras are installed above the entrance, and an additional two are positioned in the hallway.
