Communication with the owners excellent, and the home came stocked with various coffee options Location is walking distance from anything you need. Very quiet neighborhood.

Germantown apartment

We chose this place for the close proximity to a friend that we were visiting. The apartment was cute and comfortable with all the basics you would expect. My kids enjoyed walking to ultimo coffee shop. The central air is a must have for Philadelphia in the summer! The host was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient accommodations

Overall we had a nice stay. The beds are big and comfy. Not too much noise from the street. I’m 5’6” and I had to duck under the shower head; the hand held attachment didn’t work. We wanted to use the balcony but the outdoor table and chairs were dirty and uncomfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed except a can opener. It was nice having the park right across the street. We’d stay again!

Very Nice

We came out for our granddaughters surgery at shriners. This was closely located. Had no problem parking the street and there was no evening paying to park only daytime and it was easily paid for with your phone. We were confused on check in on which door to go in ( our fault just tired lol) called and he answered right away and helped us. Place was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put tv in the 2nd bedroom other than that it was great. n

5/5, will likely be back

The property was exactly as described and very clean which was very reassuring to see. The unit itself was cute and the beds were absolutely a highlight. We all slept better than we have in a while. Check in was simple. There was a small hiccup with the process due to a tech error and it was quickly and easily resolved. We didn’t need to much but when we did reach out to James and Maxine, they responded very promptly. Parking in the area was also simple, we always managed to find free street parking close by without any trouble. Overall, we had a very good experience and will likely be back in the future. Thanks James and Maxine!
