The Space:
Welcome to this exquisitely decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom main level/upper unit, where every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure your comfort and enjoyment throughout your stay:

LIVING ROOM
Step into a bright and modern space that immediately puts you at ease. Relax on the comfortable couch while streaming your favorite shows on the large Roku Smart TV. With ample seating, games, and AN inviting ambiance, it's the perfect spot for quality time and great conversations. Need extra sleeping arrangements? The couch conveniently transforms into a pull-out sofa bed.

KITCHEN
Prepare delicious meals in the spacious, beautifully remodeled kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking up a storm. From pots and pans to utensils, colanders, and even kids' dinnerware, everything you need is at your fingertips. Enjoy the convenience of a Keurig for brewing fresh coffee in the mornings, complete with complimentary cream and sugar.

BEDROOM 1
Indulge in a restful night's sleep in the King master bedroom, featuring ample storage space, a large Smart TV, a white noise machine, and an alarm clock for your convenience. Pamper yourself in the sparkling clean en suite bathroom, stocked with all the essentials for a refreshing start to your day.

BEDROOM 2
Retreat to the Queen bed in this cozy bedroom after a day of adventure. With a spacious closet to keep your belongings organized, you can unwind and wake up feeling rejuvenated.

BEDROOM 3
Experience the ultimate in comfort with another Queen bed in this inviting bedroom. Drift off to sleep surrounded by plush pillows and a serene ambiance, ready to tackle another day of excitement.

BATHROOM
Upstairs, discover a sparkling clean bathroom complete with a bathtub/shower combo, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and plush towels for your comfort.

Note: When the downstairs unit is booked, noise may be present on this level. To ensure your comfort, we provide box fans and white noise machines in the bedrooms.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire upper unit from the main entrance of the house! The basement is rented out separately with their own private entry. If the downstairs unit is booked, it may be noisy on this level. Please take a look at the photos for details on this unit!

The Neighborhood:
Our home is so close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and iconic Colorado Springs tourist destinations. It is just nearby the Olympic Training Center, Memorial Hospital, downtown Colorado Springs, a few miles from Garden of the Gods, and a quick drive to all the great tourist destinations and sights that the Springs has to offer.

Getting Around:
Great places to eat and places to visit are just minutes away. If you'd prefer someone else make your coffee (no worries because we do too!) Dutch Bros Coffee, Starbucks, and Switchback Coffee Roasters are all close by! Just a few minutes away, you have to check out our favorite Mexican food (Dos Santos Tacos and T-Byrd’s), great burger joints (Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer), and several amazing breweries (Phantom Canyon, Cerberus, Oskar Blues, and Bristol Brewing). For breakfast, you cannot go wrong with Denver Biscuit Co!

We recommend renting a car or using Uber and Lyft (ride sharing) to get around.

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

We have plenty of free street parking right out front as well as 1 specific driveway parking spot for your use, and you'll notice a park just a minute walk away!
