A home from home, 15 Praslin offers you confort, style and relaxation. Stunning views of the river estuary, waves crashing and birds calling. The exclusive roof-top deck allows you to enjoy privacy whilst basking in the sun, splashing in the pool, watching the whales or gazing at the starry sky.
Ramsgate offers so much, from top-class eateries with amazing seafood, to butterfly farms, scenic hikes through coastal forests, surfing in the safe seas of the blue flag beaches, golfing at world class courses or adventure sports at the nearby Oribi Gorge. The Ramsgate Ramble offers safe walking along the beach front for atleast 7km, just grab your hat, walk across the road and onto the beach. No need to worry about loadshedding power outages as 15 Praslin has an inverter backup system to run the essentials. The complex has large water storage tanks to supply water when the municapality does not.
15 Praslin is the place to be if you want to unwind and leave all those worries behind!
