AT EASE is a beautifully maintained 2,430 sq ft five-bedroom, four-bath home located just one minute from public beach access. Built in 2017, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal coastal getaway for families and groups. The open-concept kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and thoughtful amenities including a Keurig coffee maker. Since the home was purchased in 2020, all major kitchen appliances have been replaced, including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer, ensuring a modern and reliable experience for every guest. Sleeping accommodations include three upstairs master suites, each offering a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and sitting area. Two additional bedrooms on the main level each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with hall acsess. Guests will enjoy large Samsung Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and in the main living area, with high-speed WiFi available throughout the home. The property also includes central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor. Perfectly situated just one block from the ocean, one mile from the Surfside Pier, and less than five miles from the MarshWalk, this home offers easy access to the area's best beaches, dining, and entertainment.

Private Pool - The backyard amenities offer a private closed-in area with a swimming pool, deck seating, hammock and large area for yard games, including a Bocce Court. Also, an outdoor private shower. Two spacious, wrap-around covered balconies are located on the front of the house. There are two exterior entrances and paved parking. Pool and landscape are professionally managed. Non-Smoking environment, Not Pet Friendly, This property has multiple exterior surveillance cameras located: in the carport overlooking the driveway, overlooking the pool/backyard, and at the front door.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Internet, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option.
