The property was in a good location, right on the beach and the pool was a great amenity. The location of the townhouse was close to shopping and the pier.When we arrived the house was dirty, we had to clean the kitchen floor, the dining room table (it was sticky and gross) and all the kitchen counters. All over the house was dingy and dirty, it didn't look the pictures. The paint needs to be updated, the carpets on the stairs need to be replaced or at least cleaned. Whenever you walked in the house, you got a weird smell. The deck on the main level is sagging and looks dangerous. The main level door is very hard to open from the outside even after calling the realty company to oil and clean the door jam (it was disgusting). The queen bed mattress in the downstairs bedroom was so lumpy and almost impossible to sleep on. We called the realty company to fix a couple problems which they finally came out the next day to do. The towel rack in the main bedroom is finally fixed. The house is in a good location but definitely needs some updating and a better cleaning company. I was not impressed for the price we paid for the week.
