Perfect Spot for a Beach vacation. Easy walking to restaurants and Atlantis Resort.

We enjoyed our stay. Will return, the waters were amazing just as we imagined it would be. Looking forward to returning and visiting with new friends we made. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Family Holiday

This is our 3rd time staying in the unit. Great location and staff is responsive to requests. It's not fancy but good for a relaxing family vacation on the ocean and walking distance to Atlantis.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was phenomenal to work with and arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. Joe remained our go-to driver throughout our trip; amazing.

Paradise

We were very happy with our three bedroom villa overlooking. Cabbage Beach. View was amazing. Very professional office staff and our taxi driver who was arranged for us was excellent (very patient and helpful with our grocery run. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks for everything.

Paradise

This property lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We have stayed on this property before, in a one bedroom and loved it without an ocean view but this was pure paradise. We only had interactions with Ms. Burrows who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. See you next time. We will make this our annual holiday vacation getaway.

Sunrise Beach Resort...home away from home!

This was our 4th stay on the property, we love the townhouse unit overlooking the beach! People are super friendly but watch out for the restaurant manager with rasta hair bun. Not friendly at all which is a shame for the resort to have that convenience of a restaurant on the property. Everyone else is stellar and helpful & and smiling! Love them all!

Enjoyed our stay

The villa was even nicer than the photos. We loved the location. I give it a 5 star but there were a few things that could have helped us out. We didn’t get any kind of instructions on where to put garbage, or any kind of check out instructions. Had no idea what to do with keys upon checkout. We loved the view but the beach area had several people begging you to buy there stuff. Other than that we loved the villa.

Better than the photos!

The photos for this listing Do Not do this villa any justice! We just spent 4 incredible days at this place and we are already trying to figure out when we can go back! The villa has been updated recently and everything was just beautiful and great quality! The villa property is a tad run down but still really nice but villa #3 was the highlight by far. Cannot say enough about the view from the back patio...you are ON the ocean! We spent as much time as possible just relaxing listening to the ocean and staring at the gorgeous blue waters...we didn't want to leave! Paradise Island is just like the name says- it's literally Paradise!! Just go, you won't regret it!!

Gem of a property/Poor management

Wonderful location. Appliances did not work(3 safes,blender,toaster, lighted make up.mirror). Tub did not drain.Office did not help, sent a safe technician who did not solve the problem. Could be a superlative property but management attitude lacks.

Great View and Location

The property is located in a great location and is well kept, but I rated my overall stay a 3 due to the following reasons: On the day before our check in, I was notified that they had to move us to another Villa that was similar in size due to some A/C issues in the original rental. I was a bit disappointed since I spent weeks trying to find the perfect place. I was also told that I would be getting a refund for the difference in price. The day after we checked in, we noticed there was a group of people staying in our original rental with the A/C issues. When I inquired about the other group that was occupying our original Villa, I was told that the group agreed to stay there despite the A/C issues; however, I was never provided that option. Lastly it took 2 weeks after check out to finally get a refund. Again, the location is great, but for the cost, we deserve better customer service.

Fantastic Vacation

We just came back from a 10 day fantastic vacation at unit #3. Claudette at the front desk was an amazing help before and during our trip…she answered all our questions and helped with any issues while we were there.The unit is right on the beach with an amazing view. The unit is very clean, larger than we thought with a large balcony. The unit was better than the pictures but the stove and some furniture need to be updated but nothing that spoiled our vacation. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuites was perfect.Claudette recommended Chef Perry Sweeting and he was fantastic. He planned and cooked a 4 course gluten free meal incl a homemade birthday cake for our son’s birthday. We highly recommend his services.The grounds were very clean, lots of lounge chairs around the 2 pools. We brought beach chairs and a beach umbrella in our golf bag as chairs on the beach have to be rented. Note the beach to the left was always busy but to the right was mainly empty and it is a beautiful sandy beach and the ocean is sandy with few stones. We brought plastic cups as there are only glass ones in the very well equipped unit.It is about a 15 minute walk to Atlantis and to a liquor store, coffee shop, convenience store, restaurants and an empty grocery store. We felt safe walking.Violas restaurant was closed but overall we had a great vacation, really liked unit 3 and would happily stay there again.

Cool Spot

This location was perfect for our family of 5. We appreciated having our own separate bathrooms. The living room and kitchen area were spacious. Great view of the ocean. You have to take several steps to get down to the beach, so keep that in mind for any elderly individuals in your party. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. Due to covid, they did not provide housekeeping services, yet still charged us a fee, so that was a little unfortunate, but if we called for anything, they were helpful to provide. The restaurant onsite was just okay, we only ate there once for lunch; in the evening the bartenders weren't the most friendly. Taxis on paradise island are very expensive.

Awesome property!

We loved it!!! It was a perfect fit for our family. Our 16 yr old always wanted to go to Atlantis. I wanted to be right on the beach. My guy wanted to go boating. We did it all. Claudette, security lady Ms Burrows were terrific. We had our driver stop at the grocery store (prices are higher so beware), liquor store on the way from airport. Also he took us to the foot of the bridge and we bought a huge grouper and grilled it that evening. Violas and Ms Burrows gave us some spices so we appreciated that. Pick those up if you're planning to cook. Pu paper towels and napkins. We met the Owners who were on property and they were so friendly. We just loved our entire trip. Thank you for a delightful experience! Ann Marie, Charlie and son Willie.

6 adults 5/21-5/25. clean, spacious at good location. Less than 4 minutes walk to one of the Atlantis property, and can walk inside for rest. Viola restaurant food is good for a very reasonable price. We sat at patio am, pm enjoyed the view very much. During day time pretty much went out to Nassau, taxi cost 4$/person. Few suggestion: coffee and sugar need in container rather than hotel one time serving pack. we are 6 people, have to make coffee just for 2 people each time. Of course we bought from grocery store near by. AC look like after 8am not working effective, not sure why. But any thing you ask, its done immediately including, coffee & sugar we asked brought to us soon, except that we want to make 6 cups at a time. Over all every one of us enjoyed and defiantly will return to this property.
