Stayed at Seacation with 12 others (13 total). The views were incredible, and the pool with direct ocean access was the highlight of the trip. The house comfortably accommodated our group. However, the location is definitely not “walkable” as advertised. Transportation was required for beaches, restaurants, and groceries, and taxis were extremely expensive (about 150 round-trip for 7–8 people traveling only a few miles). If you plan to leave the property, rent a car—preferably a van for larger groups. The house manager was friendly at check-in, but communication afterward was nonexistent. We reached out multiple times about early check-in, late check-out, and additional supplies and never received a response. During our 4-day stay, calls went unanswered and were never returned.Supplies were inadequate for a house that sleeps 17: only 3 trash bags, less than one full roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to make an expensive trip to buy essentials ourselves.Several TVs did not work, including those in common areas. More concerning, during the check-in tour my 17 y/o opened the master bedroom door and the doorknob immediately fell off in her hand while the house manager was present. The issue was never acknowledged, yet we were later charged against our deposit for the damage.Future guests should inspect the property thoroughly upon arrival and document any issues before the manager leaves and verify that basic supplies are accessible.
