Sustainable. Renovated. Licensed. New swimming pool with UV filtering system (chemical free). Photovoltaic. Garden. Recycling Points. Nature.
Outdoor kitchenette with gas grill, wooden pergola and seating area, wooden sunbeds, anti-slippery floor marble tiles, storage room, pool shower and toilet.
Reverse Osmoses drinking water system and fully equipped kitchen. New beds, modern renovated bathrooms, all rooms (free) air conditioning units, smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, Netflix.. Bedrooms with balconies and sea-view, mountain view.
And free bicycles for our dearest guests!
Two paddle boards available for rent.
By the sea location, just 200m from the Mediterranean Sea and the Eucalyptus sand beach of Polis and 10 minutes walking to the city centre of the old town promenade, 3 km promenade path to Latchi harbor.
Open all sunny year round. Guest assistance during the stay. Responsible tourism initiative and practices.

We enjoy travelling as much as you but since we found this area of Cyprus we decided to live in a permanent holiday here and offer our properties for tourists who appreciate a good quality stay. We are happy to meet our guests and open to their demands and needs.

Easy access to the 2km pedestrian ‘by the sandy beach and the sea’ promenade that is heading to Latchi harbour. Amazing area to discover here including Blue Lagoon and daily boat trips, jeep safari tours, greatest fresh fish restaurants from Cyprus.. Summer is never that crowded and still full of life and green surroundings all year round! Welcome to Polis, The City of Gold. Cyprus. The place where we live responsible our permanent holiday, direct owners of Jomavi Beach Eco-Villa (Rotiana 2).

200m from the sandy beach, 800m to the old village centre. UV filtering system for the pool water, photovoltaics, reverse osmosis for drinking water, water softener, 3 bedrooms all with new AC, ecological maintained, anti slippery marble outside floor including pool area, WiFi and Netflix, recently renovated with new wooden beds and new mattresses, very comfortable and clean with all equipments and needed stuffs, private street that leads to the sea 😎. Two paddle boards available for rent.
