The property provides a private garage, two driveways that hold up to 8 cars plus free street parkings, spacious enough for a family reunion. This was a very clean older home. It has had areas of the home that have been updated such as the kitchen which was nice. Nice large area for parking multiple vehicles. Close access to highway and quiet location in an older neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet clean home with no frills than look no further.

Home was perfect for our family, that was in town to celebrate a wedding. The space was well laid out and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Location was perfect and there is a nice big park right down the street. Plenty of parking as well.

Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.

Lovely House

This is a very nice house and was very clean. I enjoyed staying here and I definitely recommend it, especially if you have quite a few people staying with you!

Nice place to stay

Plenty of off street parking, Clean comfortable place. Owner very easy to work with. Not sure if I would ever need a place in the area again, but if I do I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the house in Iowa for the national speech and debate tournament was delightful. Despite being an older home, it was well-updated and impeccably clean. Accommodating five teenagers and myself, we all slept comfortably, although sharing just two bathrooms required some coordination. The proximity to downtown was a major plus, allowing us easy access to the tournament venues and local amenities. The property manager was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond by providing an extra fan for one of the rooms. Overall, our experience was excellent, thanks to the cozy accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.
