Great stay

I came out with my adult children, and our 3 dogs to visit family, and this place was perfect. Good neighborhood, and close to so many restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed the backyard with the dogs. Lots of room for them. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house with some quirks and needing additional instructions

Overall a very positive experience. House was very clean and well equipped. Styling choices are interesting. Take a good look at the pics before booking. To me it felt like a boutique hotel that had a theme. Some may think the theme is classy and other could see it as a place to film certain types of movies. House is located inside a gated and very nice neighborhood. The instructions for accessing the neighborhood is where my nitpicks start. Things the owner could do to really improve the experience. Provide more instructions. I know there is backlash against renters having too many rules, but not having enough info is worse. The code to enter the community was referred to as door code in the instructions. Make sure you note the # symbol in the gate code. Location of the key lockbox for the front door was not noted. Felt silly once I found it but it wasn't obvious. No instructions. Ninja coffee maker requires specific pieces to be swapped.. No instructions for pool, waterfall, grill, or garage door. Never got master AC to work. Couple of flat out bad things to note. Lots of glass/mirrors and the coffee table in the living room has exposed broken glass right in a toddlers reach. The transition from the pavers to the pool concrete on the patio is going to lead to an insurance claim - fix this or at least make it visible. This sounds like a lot of negatives, but I would stay at the house again. It was a good value and great location.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

This house is fantastic, had everything we needed. The location was great as we were traveling all over the western Phoenix metro area for baseball games. The property manager responded to our questions quickly. The neighborhood was very quiet (a definite plus for us). We highly recommend this property.
