As it's the center, you can easily walk through pedestrian zones and also get to the bus, metro and trains that will take you anywhere in the city and out.

Short-term rentals in Spain are 32 nights or longer. Therefore, you are only required to book/pay for the first month through the platform. If you wish to stay longer, there is no problem. You can arrange it through the platform or a rental contract can be organized.
