A 21-square-meter private room with a bathroom and kitchenette (furniture, microwave, and refrigerator) in an unbeatable location. Located next to Las Ramblas, right beside the legendary Liceo Theater, next to the Boquería Market, and just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia. Very close to the port and the best shopping areas and museums. It is located next to the Palau Güell, the family mansion designed by Gaudí.

The room is very bright thanks to its two balconies overlooking Barcelona’s Las Ramblas and the Palau Güell; it features hot/cold air conditioning, a spacious closet, and a private bathroom. and a kitchenette

The apartment has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and weekly cleaning service.

the stay was comfortable. Stephan was very helpful and available for communication. Good central location with lots of activities nearby.

The property was in an amazing location. The view from the balcony was great and the room was the perfect size. Very close to bus stops for tours, the Main Street, restaurants and must see sights were within 500m and one right next door. The staff were amazing with communication. And made our stay very easy.

The location is excellent, the WiFi is really good, those are the positives of the stay. This is not a studio, it is an ensuite room with kettle and microwave. All other facilities are shared with the other 8 rooms. Cups, cutlery other cooking and washing facilities are all shared. This is not as described on the listing .The patio doors in room do not lock, the locks are old and worn and don't work meaning the room is not secure from the outside. I reported this and it took 2 days to get a reply. By that time we had decided to book somewhere else for our final night. Communication was poor from the start, getting check in info was difficult at the start and getting a response to the door lock problems took too long to make the stay enjoyable.The owner told me not to worry about the locks as we were on the 4th floor ! The quality of the room did not reflect the rate per night being charged.We would not use this provider again.
