What a fantastic trip! We stayed for four nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Tons of space, pool and hot tub were amazing, beds were super comfy, roof deck to see the sunset and stars were also fantastic. Jon was very helpful during out stay and made us feel right at home with margaritas and freshly made guacamole. Loved this special place! Thank you again.

Amazing place in Cabo!

We were two couples on this trip and the house was fantastic! It was exactly as pictured! Great location in a gated community! The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked! The pool was a heavenly treat with beautiful views overlooking the ocean and has a unique and sparkling glass pebble finish. Short walk to the private beach which offered a nice spot to dip your toes in the water. Our concierge, Jonny, was very helpful, and Mark, the guest contact, was very responsive as well. We had Chef Estrella make us an incredible dinner one of the nights at the house. Definitely a must-do! Easy to get to downtown Cabo, local grocery store, and San Jose del Cabo. The art walk there on Thursday nights is wonderful! We highly recommend this home for vacation. We would love to return!

Fantastic Hacienda

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Cabo Hacienda. The property is just as described and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed the sunsets from the rooftop terrace and even got to see two rocket launches. Jon was our concierge and he greeted us with margaritas. He was very helpful with anything we needed. Probably best of all was Chef Estrella’s dinners. She cooked three fabulous meals for us and we wished she had cooked several more nights. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property

We rented this property to attend a destination wedding and couldn't have been more pleased! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and Jon tended to our every need. The property was outstanding and everything we had hoped it would be!

A magical place! Did not want to leave!

I went to Hacienda de la Cruz for my husband’s birthday. We went with another couple and the four of us had the most magical time. The house is absolutely lovely and extremely comfortable. And the VIEW! WOW the VIEW!!!! It blew us away. We could have honestly spent our whole trip sitting on the amazing pool patio looking out over the Sea of Cortez, the famous rocks, the glistening water, and the whale blow holes! So many all day long! The house is equipped with everything. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a dream. We loved walking down to the private beach and watching the stunning sunsets. The house is very conveniently located to San Jose and Cabo San Lucas and local conveniences like the fabulous Fresko grocery store and many great restaurants. Our favorite meal, however, was cooked at the house by the wonderful Chef Estrella. We couldn’t have had a better time. Our kind concierge, Jon, was always checking in to see how we were doing and to help us with any needs. The homeowner, Mark, was likewise checking in and making sure we were having the best time possible. We all feel truly restored having been in such a lovely, relaxing, and beautiful place.

Breathtaking Views

We had the perfect stay! House is so open and had everything we needed. Very cozy, lots of privacy with rooms. Comfortable beds. The concierge service (Jon) and Mark (owner) answered all our questions. View was amazing! If you need to book any excursions Baja Therapy was a luxurious private pontoon compared to the other boats that were packed. Definitely use Chef Estrella for multiple meals and don’t miss out on the massages! This was way better then staying at any resort! Thanks Mark :)

Incredible stay

We spent Christmas 2023 in this wonderful home. The house is amazing. We did sightseeing and fishing but the best part of the trip was enjoying the home. You can see whales from the patio, sunsets, enjoy a fire in the courtyard at night. It's as good as it gets. We went to Toro and Rosa Nergro and enjoyed both meals but the best food we had was Chef Estrella who came to the house with her partner Carmen. They surprised us with a wide assortment of dishes with one better than the last. Three times they came and cooked. They were the three best meals we had. Do it!

Best vacation ever

Unbelievable views. Watch whales while dinning on the patio with the most amazing views. The pictures don't do this house justice. The roof top offers beautiful views of the stars and the sea. The beds are very comfortable and you will have everything you could possibly want already at the house. Jon and Bere, the concierge's will arrange for anything you need. Don't pass up the opportunity to enjoy this awesome place. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful Baja Home!

Beyond our wildest dreams, Hacienda de la Cruz was the perfect place to stay! Beautiful location with whale watching from the pool / balcony and rooftop terrace! We enjoyed lounging poolside, looking at the stars by the outdoor fireplace, walking around the lovely neighborhood, and down to the beach. We felt so comfortable in this spacious home with all the amenities you can imagine. This was the best vacation ever!

Unbelievable Experience

We had the absolute PERFECT vacation at Hacienda de la Cruz. From the moment you walk in the door, you are warmly welcomed with margaritas and a smile. The home is GORGEOUS and provides everything you could ever ask for in a vacation home. The views are breathtaking. Definitely plan on spending your mornings and evenings watching the sunrise and sunsets from either the rooftop or the veranda. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as well. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect! Mark arranged for us to have a few of our dinners made by Chef Estrella and WOW, what an experience she provided us every night! Everything was insanely delicious! It was such a good value…she definitely made the best meals we had in Cabo! Mark and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best vacation possible. They were always just a text away if we had a question or needed a recommendation. On day 2, we were already talking about booking for next year. I had texts all week long from friends asking where we were staying and asking for the contact info after seeing the photos I was posting. We simply can’t wait to go back next year!!!

Beautiful home with even better location

Mark, the owner of this house was spot on with all of his recommendations! He arranged transportation to and from airport. Whale watching on the Baja Therapy. Arranged Chef Estrella to come to the house and prepare meals for us. All of his restaurant recommendations were wonderful! He even arranged a Mariachi Band to come to the house and play for us for an hour for my Daughters birthday. This was by far one of the best vacations we’ve ever had and we’ve been to alot of beautiful places in the world! I can’t say enough about the house and setting with the rooftop deck ( sun rises and sunsets)and sliding doors that open up to the pool/hot tub. You literally can sit in the hot tub and see the famous “Cabo” arch ! You won’t want to go home! Mark, we can’t thank you enough for going the extra mile to make our vacation extra special !

No Stress Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this home. It had EVERYTHING we could want. Wake up and pull open the blinds and see the incredible water, arch, WHALES! Then go have breakfast in the lovely kitchen and start your day. Take a plunge into the lovely pool/hot tub or walk 10 min to the beach. The owner and his team of property managers could provide in home chef services which we used and was lovely. They also set us up with a boat for whale watching and booze cruising. The roof top was what really caught my attention. Sunset drinks and watching the sunset was a must every night. I would definitely stay here again.

Simply Amazing!

My family spent 5 days here for my mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! Huge space with fantastic views. The welcome team was super helpful and responsive in all cases. Oh, and I highly recommend Chef Estrella!

No Stress Vacation

We loved this home on our vacation. The view from the expansive living room is breathtaking. You can literally walk from the couch and jump into the pool/hot tub in 10 steps. The master bed was more comfortable than my actual bed. The property managers do everything you could ever need to make your trip enjoyable. We had an in house chef service come that was lovely. They also set us up with a private boat whale watching tour. The rooftop terrace was breathtaking for sunsets. The property was very safe as well with 24 hour security at the gate. If you choose to ever leave the pool, there's a private beach about 10 min away walking. We will be back for sure

Heaven on Earth!

We were lucky to stay at Hacienda de la Cruz for a week and it went above and beyond anything we could have expected. From the minute we arrived at the Cabo airport we had nothing but first class service. A pre-arranged ride to the house, margaritas waiting for us from Johnny the (awesome) concierge who showed us all we needed to know about the house and the location of the PRIVATE beach, etc. This house was 5,000 square feet of pure luxury! We started our mornings on the rooftop watching the sun come up and then spent our days floating in the pool and working on our tans then at sunset we took our cocktails up to the rooftop to watch the AMAZING sunsets! The sunrise and sunset were unbelievable as you have a view of the Cabo famous arch from the entire back of the house. So fun to watch the boats and whales all day long. During our stay here they recommended a chef, Estrella, to come and cook for us. We jumped on this recommendation, and I have to say it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten! Her poblano chicken tacos were to DIE for - I need that recipe although I guarantee you they will never taste like hers. We also went out on the boat Baja Therapy which was also a recommendation of the owner and it was fantastic. We did the 2 hour boat tour and saw all the sites around Cabo and were even able to swim in the water. The house is set up to have many guests with you as there is a huge master suite and then across the courtyard (with seating and firepit) is two additional bedrooms with full bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is a cooks dream Plenty of space to spread out and cook if you want too. We went to the store on our first day and stocked up for breakfast and lunches (and cocktails) and then went to dinners out the entire trip. Next time we go, I plan to have Estrella cook most nights for us vs. going to restaurants. If you are on the fence about booking this, take my advice and do it...you will not regret one second of it. We are in the process of booking again. We did not want to come home after such a glorious, relaxing week. THANK YOU to the owner for letting us rent your gorgeous home and all of the recommendations...we will be back!

Fabulous home

We stayed at Mark’s place for a week in December. We were there with one other couple and it was a perfect set up. The beds are vey comfortable and each area of the house has its own thermostat which is nice! Having a pool and hot tub was awesome! The beach is a super short walk down the hill. It’s a perfect place to lay out and hunt for shells. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Experience

This vacation was excellent in every aspect. First of all, I have never had an owner of a property do so much to make our trip perfect. Great communication. We had excellent concierge service, driver to and from airport, fishing trip, and sunset cruise all scheduled ahead of time for us and were always available for any questions we had. Now for the house. Wow! I don't think you could have a much better view. Everything you need is in this house...kitchen ware, towels, toilet paper, etc. And I have never stayed somewhere that the bed more comfortable than my own bed! We all felt extremely comfortable and at home. The description of this house is spot on, and because of this and the great hospitality we will continue to stay at Hacienda de la cruz!

Architectural masterpiece. Perfection

Of all the homes we’ve visited, this one has the best design by far. It’s built around a central open air courtyard that has access to two wonderful guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Courtyard provides access to the amazing rooftop lounge with sitting area and curtained bed. Living room has ample seating and Cabo Fire cable has more stations than I’ve ever seen. Every network in every USA city, UK TV, Australia and even NHL/ AHL/OHL hockey. You won’t miss your hometown sports games. Pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. Ample towels. Everything needed for relaxation. Views of ocean and sunsets are magnificent. At night, stars are like being in a planetarium. Great kitchen with all amenities. Same with laundry and master BR. Plenty of storage for hanging clothes. Villa Serena is a gated community with many upscale homes. Very secure. Easy access to Los Cabos and easy drives to Todos Santos and San Jose. Concierge Hector was very helpful as was Mark, the owner of the home. All of our pre trip questions were answered promptly. We also recommend the Baja Therapy boat cruise for an up close views of the rock formations. We had a marvelous time, all made possible by this well-designed home. Thanks to everyone for the best vacation ever.

Amazing stay with VIP concierge

Not enough time to sum up the amazing experience at Hacienda. Hector provides outstanding personal service on site (handles all your needs, driving, grocery run, etc) and owner provides great communication to ensure your stay is perfect. Estrella and Paloma took good care of us, cooked some incredible authentic dinners and full wait/cleanup service. Boat experience on Baja Therapy was a highlight of the trip out on the water, as well as inexpensive hourly massages directly in the villa. Hector got us a Mariachi band to come start the evening for my girlfriends 50th birthday, which was a great touch pre dinner (piñata after dinner was a nice ending touch). You can do as little or as much as you want, Hector and team will make sure you get what you need! Will rent again, perfect location and villa for 8 guests!

Perfection.

This home is perfect in every sense of the definition. In my opinion, it is an architectural masterpiece. Built around an open air courtyard, the home has a great private pool with magnificent views of the Pacific and the rock formations. Kitchen, dining, living room and master BR are adjacent to the pool deck. Two guest bedrooms are private off the courtyard, each with en-suite bathroom. The crown jewel is the rooftop lounge with great views, sitting area and a 4 poster bed with privacy curtains. Sunsets are spectacular. It has all of the amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay. Mark, the owner, was very gracious in answering our questions. Concierge Hector was very helpful during our stay. Villa Serena is a gated community and it’s very safe. Security guards courteous and helpful. We’ve traveled broadly and this home is the best by far. We appreciate the opportunity to stay there and will return again. It is that good.

Anniversary Celebration

Hacienda de la Cruz was a great property, large, well laid out with a private pool and hot tub. Lots of amenities. We traveled with our parents and 2 year old daughter. Property has a unique layout, with 2 bedrooms separated from the main house by a nice courtyard. It is important for families with small children to know the bedrooms are laid out this way. Overall the property was great and the private beach was a few minute walk away. Be prepared to coordinate most of your travel. The "concierge services" were lacking and inconsistent. We were told that taxis/drivers were arranged and then failed to show. We've experienced better services at other properties in Cabo. Overall a great experience and would recommend for families and groups looking for a relaxing time with only a short drive from downtown - Ubers were plentiful but only seat 3 people per car. Plan accordingly.

The property is beautiful and views of the pacific is amazing. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace is also amazing. I also like that the home is located in a gated community
