This property was the perfect setting for my bachelorette weekend! It was incredibly clean, well-kept, and even better than expected. There was plenty of space for our group, and everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully prepared.It made celebrating so easy and enjoyable, and we felt right at home the entire time. Will never stay anywhere else in Cabo!!!

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. We booked this house for a bachelorette party and I have 0 complaints. Miguel, Lorena and the entire staff are fantastic and met every single need. They reply quickly, cover every thing you could need while visiting Cabo and at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much!

Better than the pics!

We loved our stay here and kept saying how the pics don’t do this place justice! The staff were all so amazing and our chef Marisol was AMAZING we loved her. Lorena was so helpful in getting everything set up like a bartender, prestock items, and transportation set up for us so we were able to relax the whole time. The only thing to make note of is the water pressure is very low - could be the area in general, but otherwise no complaints

Above and beyond

Villa Luna Nueva exceeded our expectations for our group of 8 for a bachelorette party. The house is absolutely amazing with so much space and a Sonos system throughout. The photos really don’t do it justice. Lorena, Isela, Miguel, Rodolfo, and Jesus were so amazing and attentive. Everything was cleaned daily and service couldn’t have been any better or easier to set up. The house is located close to downtown, though a little farther from the nicer restaurants in other resorts. Easy to go back and forth though with private transportation (or an Uber). I would absolutely stay here again, but would do chef service more with Rodolfo - his food was better than some of the fancy restaurants we went to. Truly an incredible stay!

An Amazing house and vacation spot!!

Our family of 9, including grandparents, parents and 3 kids (aged 5-9) spent 10 days at this incredible place over Christmas. We couldn't have asked for more! Everything from our airport pick up to our departure was handled effortlessly. The house was furnished with every detail carefully thought out and the response of the management was so quick. This was the first time we've ever had a personal chef when we've vacationed and I must say it was a game changer! Not only were Manuel & Marisol excellent cooks, they were fun and friendly and willing to accomodate any of our food wants & diet issues. Every day we had fresh ceviche, guacamole, salsa & pico de gallo. I think we could have survived on that alone but the quality of the meals left us all satisfied - we even brought a few "extra pounds " home with us! The housekeeper was wonderful too. She was very accomodating to us being around the house while she was trying to make up the bedrooms and the main living area. We spent most of our time at the house, pool & hot tub with only a few trips to town or the beach. We had one issue with the hot tub not warming up but they were right on it as soon as we notified them and fixed it immediately. We would love to come back and hopefully can make it a part of our family Christmas vacation rotation. Or maybe we can convince a few of our friends to book a trip together with us. Thanks again Mark & Brian for your beautiful home and for your wonderful staff. Our 5 year old granddaughter asks almost daily if we can go back to "our house with the pool and her cousins".

Top Notch! 5 outta 5 Stars!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable when we arrived. We were greeted with lunch and margaritas from the awesome chefs. The home was big enough yet so cozy for family and friends. We Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning within steps from the home. And the sunset views were amazing! The home was in such close proximity to downtown which was wonderful for walking, coffee, meals and shopping. The service was impeccable and our pre stock of groceries was available upon arrival. When we didn’t use the services of the chef we were able to order in with no problem. This Villa will definitely be our go to for our annual Cabo vacations!

Our Cabo Oasis

We celebrated a bachelorette party and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door, They helped us decorate before we arrived and have welcome drinks and snacks. Pt was a perfect set up with bedrooms/bathrooms and we Loved hanging out and playing games on the upper patio and to watch sunset! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We def enjoyed having a chef everything was delicious. Would love to come back if ever in Cabo again. the front gate Security was great never an issue with getting an uber or checking in.

World Class Service

Mark and Bryan have an amazing property accompanied with world class service starting immediately upon booking. I would highly recommend this property or any other owned by these two based upon our experience. I booked the villa as a surprise 40th Birthday for my wife. Everything I needed or could ask for was provided to me on call. From transportation to restaurant recommendations to the chef’s meals. The chef was AMAZING. My guests raved about her meals and quite honestly did not want to go out to eat as her food quality and taste were far superior. Thank you to Mark, Bryan, Vanessa, Lorena and all the others who helped make this trip an experience of a lifetime.

The stay was amazing for our group. Rodolfo and Veronica went above and beyond to make sure out needs were met before arrival and assisted with anything we needed while there. From the house itself to the location, I couldn't have asked for a better set up.

Stay at Villa Luna Nueva

Overall, excellent. Perfect, private 4 bedroom home in Pedregal close to everything. Definitely recommend the chef, Rudolfo. His food, breakfast, lunch or dinner was terrific. The ownership and staff was responsive to all our needs. I would stay here again if I am going to be in San Lucas.

Great spot

Fantastic spot to stay. We even walked down to the main strip of town one night. Staff is very helpful and make everything easy. Would highly recommend for couples or groups looking for a big place to stay.

Fantastic experience!

We visited Cabo for a bachelor party, there were 10 of us. The property was incredible, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Irania and Juan were able to take care of everything we needed, and we had a great time! We would definitely go back.

Excellent Home

We were a group of 8 adults on vacation. We absolutely loved this home. Juan met us at the house with the personal chef, serving us margaritas, fresh guacamole, salsa and chips. Best guacamole ever! Juan was amazing! He helped us out with anything we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this home to any group or family. I personally hope to be back someday.

There was an issue at the original property booked with the power being out in the community. The owners and found another place just as comparable for us and it worked out fine. We appreciate that they didn't just leave us to figure it all out. We hope to be back again. Thanks Maggie

Beautiful villa in Cabo. Great layout and location, and the amenities and service were amazing

Very easy and convenient start to finish. Juan and Irania were great, and the chef meal was amazing. We came down with 4 boys and everyone had a great time, easily slept 8 people. Highly recommend Villa Luna Nueva.

Best Experience Ever!

We had an amazing experience staying at Villa Luna Nueva. The house is absolutely beautiful! Everyone who works there was great! Juan and Irania took great care of us! The maid was extremely nice! The chef was phenomenal!

A perfect weekend

About two minutes after I emailed the owners a question, I received a call and spent 40 minutes chatting through details of the property, neighborhood, and Cabo. Every step along the way, the owners and the villa staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They helped us book activities, make reservations, call cabs, and provided recommendations. Every single person on the staff from the cleaner, to the cook, to the concierge and property managers were so sweet, kind, funny, and gracious. The house is enormous and felt very spacious, even with 12 people staying there. Everything was clean, well kept, and they even provided a basket of sunscreen, lotions, and other toiletries. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect setting for my sister's bachelorette and we had the best time. Plus, the pool is bigger in real life than it looks in the photos here :)

We purchased in 2006 as a vacation home. The second we entered the front door we new this was the perfect place. We love the neighborhood, its beautiful, quite and secure and the center of down is only 1.1 miles away

The villa is in Pedregal, a private gated community, and it's the closest neighborhood to downtown Cabo and the marina so you're near everything. Our property manager is the best and can help you with anything you need to have a fantastic time - transportation, prestocking with groceries, activities, chef, etc. We also provide complimentary daily maid service.
