The Villa Sunshine is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, near the Cape Coral Bridge, which connects Cape Coral with Fort Myers. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and bars, the Farmer's Market, which takes place every Saturday morning, as well as the popular Boathouse where you should definitely enjoy the sunset, alongside many other beautiful places.
