Want to relax closer to home? Play tennis, bocce or horsehoes on site or head down the hill to the shore to walk your dog, build sandcastles or enjoy a sunset cocktail from our boathouse deck. Bring a boat, kayak or SUP and launch from our dock to explore Chatham by water. Professionally laundered sheets and towels provided, no additional cleaning fee. 7 night minimum stay mid-June through early September. Flexible booking and shorter stays by request.

EXTRA ACCESS: house is part of a 6 acre, 3 house estate and shares seasonal use of a clay tennis court, bocce court and horseshoe court and salt water dock and boathouse with the two other houses. Court reservations made through an online booking platform.

WATER ACCESS: Walk down the hill to Oyster Pond River off of Stage Harbor and Nantucket Sound, a great place for kayaking, paddleboarding, sandcastle building...kayak and sup storage rack available just steps to the shore (owner does not provide sups and kayaks).

Guest access
tennis court, bocce court, horseshoe court; small craft storage near the water all shared with 2 other houses on property. Guests may not use the dock or boathouse without owner consent, but may use the open outside shower behind boathouse to rinse off. Guests may bring kayaks or other small craft and store them on the storage rack just 3 steps up from the shore. Dock use for boats up to 20' by special arrangement.

Other things to note
Cleaning and professionally laundered sheets and towels provided at no additional charge. Pets considered but may require additional security deposit and/or cleaning fee, please preapprove pets prior to booking. House has sleeping options for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably in 7 beds and one futon. Per Chatham board of health regulations, 10 is the maximum number of guests.

Fireplaces are non-working.
High heel shoes are not allowed to be worn in the house.

Home is registered with both the Massachusetts department of revenue and town of Chatham board of health. In accordance with with these registrations,14.45% local and state taxes applied to all reservations for less than 31 days
