The Space:
A quick pedal from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, your Cape explorations have found their central headquarters, at the Mayflower Retreat.

Stepping into this beautiful home, you’re welcomed by the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, complete with numerous seating options and large TV in the living room, a center island and gorgeous cabinetry in the kitchen, and a spacious dining room table, your first impressions of this home are sure to be positive ones.

Off of the kitchen, the home’s primary bedroom suite sits, complete with king bed, reading corner, and en suite full bathroom, as well as access to a private porch out back. Upstairs, the two remaining bedrooms are located, one bedroom with a tiny vintage desk and queen bed, and a third sprawling bedroom with queen bed, closet space, and a large seating area. Also located upstairs, an incredible den, complete with unique chairs, movie and music options, as well as a wall-mounted TV, surround sound stereo system, and built-in desk.

Outdoors, you will find a cozy deck, with access gained from the home’s dining room and hallway by the garage. Take in the peace and quiet of Chatham, as you stare off into the woods surrounding the backyard.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, and an outdoor shower. Whether you’re biking around Chatham and beyond, driving up to P-Town or taking the ferry from Hyannis, all these options are at your fingertips at the Mayflower Retreat.

Really nice property, quiet but still close to everything. Beds are a little hard and the Internet is spotty, but the house has everything you need with plenty of space inside. Would definitely book again!

Great location near rail trail, on quiet cul de sac. Property manager extremely responsive to any questions. Very clean, hot shower with good pressure, good grill, love the gas stove. Comfortable bed/pillows.

Great getaway for the family

Great property!

The house was perfect for a couples weekend. Well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor allowed for privacy. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture in LR. Central location for trips to both Chatham and Harwich and easy access to Rte. 6 for all other travel.

Great relaxing get away

Clean home!! (I am particular about this), plenty of seating for lounging and dining in and outside. Well stocked kitchen. 1 mile to Reef Beach and close proximity to several other beaches and less than 1 mile to bike/rail trails. Close to good dining when wanted to eat out.

Great place to use as a base to explore Cape Cod. Well stocked, clean, and quiet. Had some problem with the TV, but the company responded quickly and had someone out to fix it right away.

Great stay, lovely home

We had a great stay. The home was just as pictured and a very convenient layout. We only used the first floor since it was just two of us and our dog. There was ample space outside for our dog to play. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and it was so great to be so close to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home, pleasant stay

Nice house located nearby several restaurants and bars and downtown Chatham within about 12 minutes. Beds were hard, but all rooms had AC Upstairs shower only gets luke warm, downstairs was fine. Both bathrooms are nice sized. Kitchen has the basics but nothing other than salt/pepper so make sure to stop for coffee. Would stay again.

Very nice house!

We loved staying at this summer rental. Great experience checking in and checking out. Place has lots of space for the family and everything was super clean. We also liked that there were big closet space. Kitchen was great for cooking and kids loved the game room. I would go back for sure!

Superb property in a fantastic location

We spent a week in this beautiful home. Extremely well-equipped in all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Very clean. Plenty of seating for the four of us in the living room (we have stayed in homes with seating for 2 - 3 in a house that states it sleeps 4 - 6 people!). Great communication with Del Mar. We would definitely rebook this home if we want to revisit the Chatham area. For us, it was perfect in every way!

Loved our stay at 39 Mayflower

Where to begin. The house was as described at VRBO. Great location, centrally located for Chatham and surrounding areas. The house was even better than expected. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were all excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all good size. The living room and upstairs den were great sizes, too. Backyard was very pleasant, and the grille was perfect.Five of us stayed at the house but we had several family members over for gatherings and dinner. The house was very comfortable for entertaining.Whenever I had any questions, the property managers, DelMar Premier, responded promptly. We did have one night where insects were in one of the bedrooms, but DelMar immediately responded and took care of the situation.I would not hesitate at staying at this property again.

Spacious home in Cape Cod

This is a very comfortable home in a great location on Cape Cod. It was a very quiet area and the houses are well spaced apart. The beds were comfortable and the house is well furnished. The kitchen is also well equipped. The management company were also quick to respond to a question of ours. Our one and only complaint would be that there was no hot water upstairs. Despite running the bathtub for 5+ minutes, it was still cold so four of us ended up sharing the shower downstairs. But that being said, we all were sorry to leave this place.
