Welcome to Sonoma Vista, minutes from renowned wineries and Downtown Sonoma. Nestled in oak-studded hills, this modern haven boasts three bedrooms, two sleek bathrooms with heated floors, and remote-work-friendly desks.

Indulge in a mid-century bar, chef's kitchen, and a jaw-dropping game room.

Outside, a vast deck with dining, fire pit, and lounge seating awaits.

Please note the following:
-The driveway is quite steep! We recommend that guests park in the area along the street and walk down to the house. There are approx. 15 steps down to the front door.

Sonoma County Vacation Rental Rules require the following cooperation:
1. Licence 24-0002
2. TOT (occupancy tax certificate) 4199/4199N
3. No outdoor amplified sound at all times
4. Pets MAY NOT be left unattended at the home and must be on a lease outdoors
5. Quiet hours 9 PM- 7 AM, noise complaints will be fined (this includes pets and excessive barking and/or pets left unattended)
6. Parking available for two vehicles only
7. No smoking (indoor or outdoor) at the property
8. Children must be supervised at all times

The home was lovely! The outdoor area with the fire pit was wonderful with beautiful views! The kitchen was well stocked with high end appliances. The pool room was a plus. We loved the house and hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful!

We were 5 adults and a dog and this house was perfect. The bedrooms were big, the bathrooms had heated floors, the kitchen has a 6 burner Wolf stove (I have serious stove envy). The location is private (you're on the side of a hill, no curtains needed so the house has so much natural light) but literally minutes from downtown Sonoma. It was very clean and up to date. The few minor issues we had were taken care of quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again if we were back in the area.

Clean and in a very good location just outside of the town of Sonoma. The property has excellent views. The Property manager was responsive and helpful.

This was a very clean, modern and beautiful home. The views from the deck are amazing - wish we could have stayed longer! I will definitely plan to go back.

What a spectacular property. The views from the deck are awesome. Beautiful landscaping. Make sure you make time to enjoy this property while on vacation. A wonderful kitchen to prepare a meal for family or friends. Sit back and enjoy some wine while deer come to visit, hummingbirds buzz around the gardens and eagles soar in the valley below. A truly special place. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this place! Clean, quiet & comfortable. Great amenities like a fun billiard table, fireplace, wolf stove, gorgeous West Elm dishes for dining, table that seats 8, bar equipment, stunning private deck with grill, plenty of seating, fire pit. We so enjoyed our stay- it was the perfect property for our getaway!

Sonoma 4th of July Vacation

The VRBO was awesome! The house has stunning views, privacy, tons of entertainment areas from a pool room, corn hole area , expansive deck, huge kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A perfect setting to hang out with friends and family and enjoy the close proximity to the Sonoma square and wine country. Highly recommend this rental!
