Welcome to your cozy city retreat on the eastside of Boyne City! This charming 2-bed, 1-bath cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort & convenience, just blocks away from downtown excitement. Newly-fully renovated where space and style converge seamlessly. The modern cozy cottage invites you to a comfortable stay. The heart of this cottage is a living area that combines dining & living space, with the kitchen just off the dinning area. This design ensures relaxation & prime entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features contemporary appliances, ample counter space. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, this kitchen is up to the task. Step outside and head to the private backyard, that is fenced, and enjoy the sun from the back deck.

Step outside to discover a peaceful oasis. The cottage comes with a private backyard and deck, perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply basking in the fresh air.
Please inquire about pets before purchasing pet fee. We allow pets on a case by case basis. Please note if there is additional cleaning (muddy foot prints, lots of hair, food mess, pet fecal in yard) needed after hosting your pet, you will be charged an additional fee. No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds. Please crate or confine your pets if/when left alone. Even the most well behaved paw family members can panic in a new/different environment.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer. A walk to the bars and restaurants is feasible for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Inquire about the availability of bikes during your stay! Additionally, we have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA large enough for your whole group! Inquire for more info.

There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:
1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
