Welcome to my beautiful three-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Alexandria. Located in a quiet end unit surrounded by nature, this home offers a safe and peaceful retreat.the property is walking distance to shops and dining, with easy access to local trails.

The home includes two reserved parking spaces, visitor parking.

The home is spread across three levels:

- First Floor: Main entrance and laundry area with a large-capacity washer and dryer.
- Second Floor: A spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room that opens onto a balcony.
- Third Floor: Three bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom.

For your entertainment, the living room features a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, along with a library of books you are welcome to borrow. Each bedroom includes its own TV and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the spacious kitchen, which features updated appliances and plenty of natural light.

The neighborhood is incredibly convenient:

- Walking distance: Shopping centers and restaurants including Firebirds, Dunkin', First Watch, and more.
- Community amenities: Walking, jogging, and cycling paths, plus a tennis court.
- Proximity: 5 minutes to Springfield Mall, 10–15 minutes to Old Town, and 15–20 minutes to Washington, D.C., with easy highway access.

We provide Verizon high-speed internet, fresh coffee, and bottled water for your stay. To ensure your comfort, the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival.

For a seamless check-in, I will send you the keypad code prior to your arrival. A physical key will also be available as a backup.

Given the size of your group—including your wife, two adult children, and a dog—along with unknown the additional guests invited to the property, I understand the accommodations may have felt crowded. Townhome was exactly what we needed for a month of transitioning for overseas to US. Location fit our needs, quiet and close to restaraunts and shopping. Sofia was helpful when we needed her, and the process for check-in and out was seemless. Highly recommended!

Sofia was so kind and very responsive whenever we had any questions. House was as advertised and it was clean. Great neighborhood and location…close to Kingstown with many restaurants, grocery stores, Springfield Town Center and very close to Metro for easy access to the city if necessary!

Lovely townhouse, perfect for short or long stay

My daughter and I needed a place to base between returning from an overseas assignment and moving back into our house in Alexandria, the townhouse ended up being perfect. It is quiet, clean and extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The smart TVs and WiFi were great and we appreciated it had washer and dryer. Excellent responsiveness from Sofia and easy communication. We really loved the fans in the bedrooms. Overall couldn’t have been better!

Cozy Modern Apartment

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed. The blankets were very comfortable, and we loved the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sofia is so nice and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again, 10/10!!

Great stay!

Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of nice linens and towels, great deck with barbeque, and nice W& D. Owner very kind and helpful!!! For us who are elderly, the townhouse layout with 2 sets of stairs was a surprise. But proud to say, we did just fine. We also felt very comfortable in the neighborhood walking the dog. Grocery store close. Thannk you!!!

Spacious and Homey

The townhouse is a corner unit which is always a plus. Felt very private. If you are planning on a long term stay it is great as it is equipped with anything you will need. It was also clean and well kept. There is a nice deck surrounded by trees perfect for hanging out or reading.. The host is super responsive and attentive.

Perfect Space and Location

I used this wonderful house as a base to visit family that lives close to it and go to museums on the DC Mall. It was very convenient to do all of that. The space was clean and just the right size. I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the simple check in with a door code that worked perfectly and easily every time I left and entered the house. I was very happy that I could have my dogs with me and the surrounding neighborhood was a wonderful place for all of us to have several nice walks each day. If I need to go back to the area, I would definitely check to see if I could stay here again.

Perfect home base for visiting DC/Alexandria area

This townhouse is in a family and pet-friendly neighborhood, which was perfect for us. Check-in was totally easy, but we still managed to foul it up which was totally our fault. We arrived at about midnight and my husband couldn’t figure out how to use the keypad at the front door, so he mistakenly walked around to the back and tried the code on the back door not realizing that the first floor was a separate apartment. The lady that came out to help us was SO nice and understanding! We felt awful for disturbing her so late at night. The townhouse was clean with nice new appliances. The Brita filter pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch. We were doing the tourist thing for most of the 2-day visit, so we weren’t at the townhouse a ton, but it definitely had everything we’d need for a longer stay. It’s a 30 minute drive or less to lots of great attractions, 15 min to Old Town Alexandria. Ate breakfast the last day at a really cute restaurant/bakery in Arlington called Best Buns which was only about 8 min away and it’s 2 mins away from the Amazon Fresh shopping plaza for groceries. Great stay overall!

Uneasy

We found out the owner/ property manager of this unit was entering the property without letting us know. She was entering the “basement” which has an entrance door to the rental. She claims since it’s a separate door she doesn’t have to tell us. She denied entering it but confessed she comes and goes at different times. Once I asked if this is happening she became defensive and threatened she could have me kicked out of the property for having undisclosed guests. That was partially my fault as when I booked the rental a while ago we were not expecting any guests. Two 70 year olds came to visit. I did not think to log back in and add them as no other rental required this but I should have paid closer attention. I do not like to be retaliated against and will never recommend this host to any one else.

Hello Shannon, Thank you for staying in my place, I am not surprised to read your review, as there were no complaints your whole stay, yet, you left this review as soon as I asked you to pay for the 4 unauthorized guests and extra pet that you let them stay with you. Please do a little research about me, I am a super host who has been hosting for short-term rentals for 7 years and the privacy of my guests is very important to me. Please check all the reviews never had any bad reviews. I would never recommend Shannon to anyone who is looking to host her or make a reservation,, she never followed the rules, damaged my walls, left her undisciplined dogs by themselves, brought 4 unauthorized guests and extra pets, and still never paid. She will break all the rules you would imagine. Shannon, Please pay for the extra guests and pets that are still due.
