Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site vehicle and oversized boat parking, a large fenced in deck/yard and a fully stocked kitchen.

A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake.
There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi) and OHV lake access within the subdivision.

After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!

We had a wonderful time at the Cottage. The location to the marina where our boat was docked was ideal. the hosts were great to deal with and cottage was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the great deck and fireplace. Would stay again!

Cosy Cottage close to everything

Great cosy cottage close to the lake and amenities. Excellent living area space including deck. Well appointed with everything we needed. Was good for our family if 4 and dog. Harry and Sarah were great, super responsive and friendly. Would stay here again

Lakeview Cottage June 2024

The house was wonderful perfect size for 4 people a small dog and a cat. The deck was amazing. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the steep stairs to the bedrooms and the upstairs shower had angled walls making it a little difficult for larger people to use. But we would definitely stay again!

The host was absolutely wonderful. The neighbors were also wonderful. They checked on us and even shared local places to go and see and places to eat. I would highly recommend this place!!!The only thing I would say to keep in mind, if you have a big boat (we have a 22 foot Tritoon) the free boat launch is a little stretchy getting there. However, thanks to the locals, we found a boat launch within 5 miles that was super easy to get to and launch. And it only cost 10 a day. So worth it. If you are considering going to Byrdstown, please give this place serious consideration.
