Fully equipped house, perfect for families/groups. Nestled in a calm neighborhood, our spacious house is just a 15Km from downtown Montreal. 3 BEDROOMS (2 queen beds + 1 twin bed).
- In front of a park, ideal for kids.
- Proximity to the water, groceries, and a mall ensures easy access to essentials.
- Public transport at the corner, 7 mins drive to subway station Radisson.
- Backyard is fenced, perfect for your dog ( 30$ extra cleaning fee for dogs ). - 1 private parking in front of the house and free parking in the street
- Full-time tenant residing in the basement with a private entrance at the back of the house. Both units are completely separate, ensuring privacy and independence for all residents.

You are definitely close to everything... grocery store, gyms, downtown, movie theaters and you if you're more into nature, I am close to mountains, lakes, ski stations, etc.
