Located in a fabulous area in the heart of downtown with in a few block away from the Bell Center, subway stations, airport shuttle drop off, and the trendy St-Catherine and Crescent street area. This Gorgeous upscale condos is very spacious & sunny, it offers a large 150sf private balcony , 700 sf of open concept living space, hardwood floors through out, air conditioning and is furnished with high end taste and comfort. Modern and functional kitchen with 4 appliances it offers everything needed to cook as well as all kitchen essentials and a round Rod Iron glass kitchen table with seating for 4. There are NO closed bedrooms instead it offers a lovely open concept space of the dining room, living room & Bedroom. Plus There are large patio doors from the living room leading out to the fantastic covered private patio that you can enjoy through all seasons equipped with patio table and chairs. The Living room is furnished with a very comfortable ribbed fabric L sectional sofa couch that also separates allowing one portion to pulls out into a sofa bed. Living room also provides a 40" flat screen TV with fibe cable,PVR, DVD player & high speed wireless internet. The bedroom area offers a beautiful bed with an extremely comfortable foam top queen size mattress allowing access to watch TV while cozy in bed, plus California style closets and dresser drawers for personal belongings. If a 3rd bed is needed there is a blow up air mattress that can be provided or a foamy that can easily be set up in the living room or bedroom area. The closed Bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub and shower and extra bathroom essentials needed. Plus condo is also equipped with washer dryer, blow dryer, iron /ironing board and anything else you would need to make your stay more comfortable. Located in a Prestigious secure building connected to a hotel you have all the bonuses the hotel would offer like outdoor pool & BBQ lounge area , outdoors gardens, on sight restaurant, small corner store, budget rental car services, day spa, plus additional parking garage available for extra cars with in and out access for 30$ a day (24hrs). Something was wrong with the place we had rented so we were upgraded to a larger place at no extra cost. It was still a great location and Christie helped us unload and get settled and taught us all the things about using the garage and apartment access. The apartment was too warm, but Christie said to use the AC which we did and it was fine. It was quiet and within walking distance to many places. Overall all good!

Our host Christie was great! The property we had booked apparently had some electrical issues and our host upgraded us to an even nicer condo. She was fantastic in communicating all the details of the property both in person and via text. We had a wonderful quick getaway to Montreal!

Relaxing weekend

My husband and I stayed at Christie's apartment a few weeks ago during Just For Laughs. We had the best time, and we were so close to everything we wanted/needed. We got to enjoy a lot of time lounging by the pool, and we got to utilize the kitchen for a quiet night in. I would 100% stay again, without a second thought.

Communication was difficult

Christie emailed me a week before my trip asking a bunch of questions like would I need the garage , where was the conference I was going to and how many people were in my party. I didn’t hear back. Then when I landed and was in a taxi almost at the apartment, she texted saying that my location changed…and was another 20 minutes away. When I got to the new location( one bed, no outdoor space , no pool, and further from my conference) Christie said she had just found out the plumbing in the other place was not working and she had to “upgrade” me. She then rattled off a bunch of instructions and said oh by the way the washing machine is not working. It would have been useful because of two days of heavy rain. If she had been honest with me when she emailed the week prior it would have helped tremendously in my planning.

Great place

Great place to stay. Near the bell center for concerts etc. Christie met us at the apartment with a parking pass and explained everything. Apartment was well stocked and very clean. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, kitchen had everything you needed and the washer and dryer made our stay more enjoyable. Thanks Christie

Wonderful West End Location

Enjoyed a long holiday weekend with an easy walk to the Metro and all the west side has to offer. Excellent host, communicative and flexible with regard to check-in/out. On-site parking always a plus in the city. Will visit again, perhaps at one of the owner's other properties.

Weekend Stay

Great location near Rue St. Catherines and centrally located to mass transit. Dont need your car after you park. Spent the weekend for our anniversary. Christie was very accomadating.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay in Montreal. The condo is in an excellent location and included parking. We were able to bike everywhere we wanted to go and Montrèal has great bike lanes. The condo is close to everything. Our host was very attentive with excellent communication throughout. We would stay Here again. We enjoyed excellent vegan restaurants and desserts during our stay and were able to see all the major sites during our 7 night stay.

Quick Visit to Montreal

The location was exactly what we needed - close to the Metro and right in the middle of everything in Montreal. I would absolutely stay there again on a future trip.
