Nice location

Great location

Owners skimped on some of the supplies needed, especially since the dishwasher was broken, and the complex was undergoing renovations.Should have offered discount for conditions, but location was right for our visit to The Pirates Show...which was wonderful AGAIN!

Family of 9

Great place to stay. It was clean and large enough for our family of 9. No complaints about the rooms at all! We had everything we needed! Room was overall great! Text message gave address, door codes, and room number. Only problem was that we didn’t receive email with all check in instructions till 9pm the day of arrival, 5 hours after checking in.

I expected the unit to be outdated based on the pictures which we were okay with. However, I expected it to be clean. Floors were dirty and previously used washcloth was left in a bathroom. Grandson’s white socks were black after walking on floors. We bought a mop and bathroom cleaner and spent time cleaning our first day. Unit needs a good deep cleaning. When advertising a unit to sleep 14, I feel it should be noted up front that only 2 parking spots are provided. A positive was the layout. We had plenty of room and loved the balcony and ocean views.

We had 10 adults with three children and the unit was perfect for space. You can call or email host management company and they are the most responsive we’ve ever experienced. This is a big deal with big investment in a trip. Excellent experience.

Ocean Reef property is dated and must be a cheap family resort. Kids were running everywhere with wet bathing suits so common areas were covered in water...including elevators. One elevator was broken so sometimes we had to wait over 20 minutes to get on a working elevator. The beach view is very nice so we spent time on the balcony. The place put in the cheapest bedding and towels. The fitted sheet did not fit and kept coming undone. The towels were too small. It would not take much to take to a higher standard.
