Grand Atlantic is located directly on South Ocean Boulevard, one of the most desirable stretches of the Grand Strand, where you can step right onto the sand and enjoy stunning, uninterrupted ocean views.
The scene here is relaxed and welcoming—families enjoying the beach, couples taking sunrise walks, and guests lounging by the pools. The area is safe, friendly, and designed for vacationers, with beachfront cafés, well-kept resorts, and easy access to local attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and the Boardwalk.
One of the things we appreciate most is the super convenient location—only a quick 5–7 minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). You can land and be by the ocean in minutes. Despite being close to the airport, the area is incredibly quiet with no airplane noise, so you get all the convenience without sacrificing tranquility.
Overall, this neighborhood offers a rare mix of peaceful oceanfront living, walkability, and fast access to entertainment, dining, golf, and the airport, making it an ideal and thoughtfully chosen location for a Myrtle Beach getaway.
