Great Apt Building BUT not what it says it is!!
Came to LA for a specific purpose and wanted a particular area for ease of movement. When I booked it, I never saw the response from the owner that the location was different. However, he did book it despite my lack of response. It was NOT any where near where I was expecting and resulted in me having to commute thirty minutes back and forth. The address where the building is is in Koreatown. I wanted to be in West Hollywood. The building is a luxury building with a ton of amenities and is in excellent condition. The apt was not. It was grimy. I had to do a bit of wiping and cleaning of surfaces. Although there was furniture it was the bare minimum. Nothing like the pictures. The second bedroom did not have a door or a window. It opened into the living room. There was only one lamp so at night there was not enough light. The owner did respond right away and brought us another lamp, and some pots - there was nothing to cook in - the kitchen is NOT stocked with any cooking utensils. I wanted to boil water for tea. They brought coffee pods because all they had for coffee making was a pod machine. They also brought an iron and ironing board. Thank goodness. I was there for a business event. The place could be nice but it is far from luxurious. I would not stay here again unless I really needed to be in that very particular location. I was disappointed. The check in process was sketchy with meeting in the garage. Find something else would be my reco.
