Situated in prime west LA, this modern, 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for anyone looking to be close to the beach and enjoy the west side lifestyle. The master bedroom has a double sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothing! Also included is a reserved off street parking spot. The apartment comes with highspeed wireless internet. Building has an onsite laundry room.

This apartment is in a great location. The parking is convenient and the apartment was comfortable. It had a lot of basic supplies. The only thing i wish is that the building included quiet hours. This unit is on the first floor and the upstairs guests were incredibly loud throughout the stay into the night and early morning, moving furniture or something. Something to be aware of is how noise carries. Otherwise though this is a great place to stay!

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Es war alles ordentlich Was ich nicht verstehe das es so ein schönes größtes Schlafzimmer ist und dann ein max 1m breites Bett darin steht welches zu zweit echt kuschelig ist . Hier kommt der Nachteil ich hatte nicht darauf geachtet, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt( was ich bei den Temperaturen als Standardausstattung erwartet habe) + die Heizung im Flur im off Modus immer noch Wärme ausstrahlte. Sonst echt top, großes Auto passt in die Garage ohne Probleme und an den Strand ist es nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Vons zu Fuß erreichbar

The only positive about this property was the garage parking. We arrived late at night to find that the provided door code was incorrect. No one responded to our messages, and it wasn’t until around midnight that we finally reached someone by phone via VRBO who gave us the correct code. Their communication system is chaotic—messages come through VRBO, text, and a platform called Lynx. It’s confusing and inefficient; they should stick to VRBO messaging only.Be aware there is no A/C, and the fans provided barely work. The beds are uncomfortably hard, the pillows extremely flat, and there was a strong smell of urine—whether from pets or people—throughout the unit, especially noticeable in the bedrooms, bathroom, and on the couch (even with a cover on). Noise is also an issue, as you can clearly hear neighbors, particularly those upstairs who began stomping around as early as 5 a.m. Despite the multiple communication channels, the hosts never once responded to my concerns during the stay. Overall, I am very disappointed by the lack of care, attention, and response from the host. It simply isn’t worth the hassle.

Great place

The apartment was just right for what my family needed for our stay. Great neighborhood with a lot going on. Very easy to get to many other areas in LA. Very responsive host.

Be advised- ick

Door code didn't work- got an alternate code. "Fast wifi" is actually just wifi shared by the entire complex. Wifi login for our unit didn't work but was easy to use the generic password for one of the other units. Smoke alarm chirped every 10 minutes. When I reported it I was told there wasn't anyone to fix it and was advised to unplug it. Except it was wired into the wall. Had to hit reset button periodically including in the middle of the night. Towels stained and didn't look clean. Toilet ran incessantly and the floor around it was wet. Sparsely outfitted. Main bedroom smelled of urine, furniture was Goodwill quality. Lots of noise from above neighbor. The whole building seems to be on VRBO. Ick.

great stay!!

We were in town for a rolling loud music festival and we had the best experience. It was clean with good amenities; I would definitely stay again. The location was perfect with lots of fun stuff to do surrounding it.

Filthy stay, unresponsive deceptive host

Bedding wasn’t washed. Hair from previous guests all over the sheets. Shower was gross. Dog hair completely carpeted the couch and floor, so much that we couldn’t even sit on the couch, rendering the TV and living room useless. What’s worse was that when we contacted the host, he ignored the messages and texts. Then we contacted VRBO, who contacted the property manager. When we called minutes after VRBO had, the PM ignored all of our calls, letting the phone ring twice, three times, our four. TLDR: filthy apt, lying host who ignored all correspondence

Great location in Culver west

Near to Marina Del Ray, Venice, Santa Monica etc. which is what we were looking for. Only around a 7/8 minute drive from the beach front and the neighbourhood is quiet. There is plenty of space for a family of four. The apartment however lacks basic amenities such as utensils in the kitchen and the shower/bath were filthy. The lighting is also quite poor and the property is badly lit. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every conversation of our surrounding neighbours at 2am. The location is good and parking was included, not bad for the price but my one recommendation would be to put a safe in to hold valuables.

Excellent Stay

The apt was exactly as represented. Communication prior to arrival was great. Sparsely but nicely furnished with adequate towels and sheets. Very clean. Yes, you can hear noise from other apts, but that's apt living. There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans. Could also use a bit more utensils if you really wanted to cook meals, but we did not so it was fine. Would be perfect if they added some dressers for the bedrooms and replaced the double with queen size bed.

Great Location and Spacious

Be aware that there is no AC but it’s near the water so typically a cooler part of LA. Now that said… Great space with plenty room. The double bed is a little small for two people so ended up pushing the twin beds together and letting our friend take the double. I’m not sure how this would work for a family of 4, but overall it for our needs at a good rate and we had all the necessary amenities and plenty of options on the surrounding neighborhood.

The check in process was rough

Because it is run by a third party, the check in was very scattered. I had the code and address all located in different places, e-mails, texts etc. It got very confusing. Our code changed multiple times to get in and one night we had to wait 20 min for someone to come let us in with a key because the code wasn’t working. The beds are rock hard and there is no AC. No ice maker or even ice trays in the freezer. Not worth the money.

Great place for a great price

Very nice place near lots of shopping & restaurants. Very clean and easy check in. Not a lot of kitchen supplies if someone planned on cooking. Some noise from upstairs, but overall it was a great value!
