Perfect for multiple families or groups, this unique property features three private homes on one lot—offering the ideal balance of togetherness and privacy. Enjoy a shared backyard oasis with a pool, hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit, plus parking for up to 7 cars.

THE SPACE
Redwood Oasis (2BR/1BA) – King bedroom + bunk room (3 twins), pool views
Redwood Grove (2BR/1BA) – King bedroom, queen bedroom + workspace, private patio
Redwood Nook (Studio/1BA) – Cozy studio with kitchenette & private entrance

All homes are newly remodeled and fully stocked with kitchen essentials.

Too short didn’t get to enjoy the pool.

It was a very nice complex of small homes. We rented all 3 for my family for my daughter’s wedding. It was very clean and comfortable. It did take a little time for communication by email. The program thru VRBO said we only rented 1 house 2 people. So that was a little scary. I thought it was a little pricey for private home. They should have flash lights because the whole town was with no power. They had a few solar path lights in front and driveway. The beds were comfortable. We were in the middle unit with king bed. Our room was cool but the rest of the house was very cold and set at same temperature. The pool was nice but they close at 8 pm we paid for heating the pool. But our rehearsal dinner and wedding took up most the time. So didn’t really use it. Just a quick dip for my 3 yr old grandson. But it served our purpose. It’s in a tiny little town with not much going on. But it was close to the state park relatively close to Ben Lomond. Comfortable for the family.

We understand the city-wide power outage was inconvenient. Each home comes equipped with emergency wall flashlights that light up automatically during an outage. We’re glad our solar lights were helpful as well. The middle home features three-zone heating and cooling, allowing you to adjust the temperature in each room for your comfort. To clarify, your rate covered the entire complex with access to all three homes, dedicated parking, and a private pool, offering unique privacy and convenience. We apologize if email communication was slow. For quicker responses, please feel free to call or text us. We’re happy our communication resolved the booking details. Felton may be small, but it’s close to great attractions like Henry Cowell Redwood State Park, historic Roaring Camp Railroads, scenic creek-side hiking trails, Mount Hermon Adventures, and just 20 minutes from Santa Cruz.
