Newly renovated one bedroom condo in the heart of Fort Lauderdale FL on Las Olas Blvd. One mile from the beach and a 7 min walk to great restaurants and shopping. Pool on property.

Minimum 6 month lease.
Electricity is included up to $100 per month, renter will be responsible for the difference.
One assigned parking spot.
First, last, cleaning fee and security deposit is required and will be held in a non interest baring account.
Internet and basic cable is included
All basics such as linens, towels, coffee maker, pots\pans, dishes, silverware etc. included
Window covering (not in the pic) will be installed soon
