Nice easy check-in. The backyard on the intercostal is so peaceful and beautiful! The neighborhood is great for walking and everything you need is just a short walk away. I would come back again.

We really liked that the condo was within a short walk to the beach, as well as food and drink options, but still felt relatively quiet and tucked away. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer, plus some beach supplies like towels, sunscreen, and chairs inside the unit.

Location & Facilities was a 10. The unit is very run down and in need of a-lot of updating. Microwave hasn’t worked since November. The furniture is very uncomfortable including the mattress. Aching back.

The location was excellent, the condition of the place was poor. It hadn’t been cleaned, there was a leak under the kitchen sink, broken microwave, broken drawer in bedroom. Let the host know and was told it would be taken care of. It never was, I cleaned myself. Then we were told the place smelled like we had smoked in it once we left. Absolutely not true!!! Also amenities were not good for a vacation place like plasticware for outside use

Bathroom not cleaned and stocked
Leak under kitchen sink never taken care of

Really loved this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Appreciated that there were beach chairs and towels. View of the intracoastal from the outside deck and a block to the beach. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but was glad it was an option. It was all easy and restful. Highly recommended!

Cute condo in an amazing location as it is close to everything. Beach, restaurants, and all the activities are just a short walk away. Had a terrific weekend and will definitely be back.
