The Palms is the perfect getaway for your family and friends. Enjoy views of the Palm Springs mountains, 4 spacious bedrooms, and plenty of room for your party of up to 12.
The space
BACKYARD
The new backyard includes a pool & spa, covered patio with an outdoor dining table, sofas, BBQ, hammock, firepit, basketball court, and other games. There are lots of activities to keep your party entertained all day and night.

**PLEASE NOTE: The fee to heat the pool is $150/day. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Spa heating is complimentary.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and everything you need to cook at home. Kitchen supplies included: coffee, sugar, tea, cooking oil, spices, and plenty of outdoor dinnerware.

LIVING ROOM
Enjoy an open-concept living room with a large comfortable couch to fit your party, a TV, and a sound bar to play your favorite music.

BEDROOMS
Please see details of each room below:
1 - 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom
2 - 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, work-from-home desk
3 - 1 king bed
4 - 4 twin beds, ensuite bathroom
+ 2 twin folding beds

BATHROOMS
All three bathrooms include bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional bath towels can be found under each bathroom sink.

HOUSE RULES
- No parties; violations will be notified to property manager
_parties are not allowed ,if evidence of a party is found ,a $400 additional
cleaning fee will be charged.
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm
- 10 guests maximum; additional guests by approval will result in a fee
- No glassware by the pool. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware, please use it!
- We generally do not allow pets. Small dogs are ok for an additional $150 pet fee. Please reach out to hosts for approval
- Turn off BBQ and Fire pit propane after each use
- Lower umbrellas every day due to winds

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of our property, we have outdoor security cameras facing the front driveway and front doorbell. These are live recordings and we do monitor. Please message us if you have any questions.

This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume no liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests should be aware that the pool and surrounding patios can be dangerous.

Please note, while the house is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is known for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry a lot of sand that may collect on outdoor furniture overnight.
